Decent tv, serves my purpose well

Good picture and bright enough. I thought the remote came with a keypad but no. I bought the google version just to see what it is about knowing that I was probably going to plug a roku stick into it. Google is definitely better than fire but not roku. I would buy this again and may in the future.

A Wifi Nightmare

I loved the fact that it was a Android TV. The Wifi was not so great. Initial setup went well with no issues but when trying to use the TV the next day it would not connect to the internet. Showed Wifi connected with no internet connection. Scrolled down in the internet section to test connection and it showed fine on both Wifi and internet connection. I tried deleting my connection and setting it up again and still had the same problem. Had to do a hard reset and go through the setup process again and things went smooth no wifi issues. Next day, same problem again. Returned it to Best Buy and bought a Samsung.

Sorry to hear about the problems you had with your wireless connection and your TCL TV. Troubleshooting wireless network issues can be frustrating and challenging for sure. Also sorry to hear that you have returned your TV. I'm sure it was something we could of assisted with in figuring out. I asked Our neighbor’s how they liked them and they said they loved them as they where so easy to use . They where so right we bought 3 for us and we went back and bout three more for my mom and step dad .

I wanted something that had android tv built in that I could watch while on the treadmill. The android menu seem a little slow compared to my chromecast with google tv devices but once a show is selected it works as it is supposed to.
