Bought this TV as a replacement for my non Smart TV. Great picture and I was able to get rid of my cable box in my bedroom. Now I can stream content to my TV without the cable box. Will pay for itself within the year. However the best smart TV platform is still a ROKU TV. I have the Fire TV stick, the ROKU, and the new TV with the Android platform. I like ROKU the best.

It's nice having a smart tv for the bedroom! It was easy to setup and use.

We had so much trouble with Insignia Fire TVs...was absolutely not compatible with Optimum and had trouble with the volume... This TV was super easy to set up - in fact it set itself up! The only thing we can't figure out is how to access our Hulu account...had no trouble with Netflix, but Huklu is a different story,

Needed a easy type TV for my mom to use. My mom knows how to use the Sony 55 inch Android TV, so this 32 inch TCL Android TV was the best thing & perfect TV for her bedroom. Colors not as vibrant than a Sony but it fits my mom's needs. Would recommend to others to buy it if you need a 32 inch Android TV.

Great purchase. This is the first time we ever purchased this brand. Everything we have is Samsung. The quality and color of the picture is good and we would definitely recommend this to others. We bought this as we were looking for something that didn’t cost much since we would be moving this television around a lot incase it got broke and we didn’t have a lot invested into it.

I wasn't familiar with this brand of TV. I wasn't expecting too much, I needed a TV for a guest space in the house. I figured it wouldn't be used all of the time and if it was too awful I could just get rid of it and purchase a name brand. I have been pleasantly surprised by this TV, I actually prefer the picture over an LG that we have. Great TV for a great price!

Great picture. Not the easiest to set up. Found it to be a little difficult to maneuver through the menu’s. Also, was looking for a TV for a dorm room and asked many questions of the BB sales person. The answers turned out to be completely wrong. Blame myself for not researching better. But staff should be better trained.
