Bought it for my mom. She couldn't use the remote. Caulked it up to age. I replaced hers and shuffled TVs around and moved to a guest room. Everyone commented it was a terrible remote. If you buy a replacement remote, it will work exactly like original. Moved to daughters room (she has her own place but stays here about a weekend a month) She hooked up a fire stick and will only use that remote. So, the picture quality is great, never had a problem otherwise. I debated knocking off two stars for how much everyone HATES the remote.

wanted a cheaper, basic tv for our bedroom that also had the smart feature; wanted one remote. this works well and is very simple to use. i would have liked numbers on the remote for channels but not a big deal. every time you turn the tv on you chose what you want to use; this can get annoying when you want to watch the weather right before bed. you turn it on, chose the app, then find the channel instead of just turning the tv on and its already on channel. overall it works for what we need, im just not a fan of roku's layout. overtime im sure i will like it.

very good cheap tv...i will only buy tvs with the roku os it makes switching tvs very simple

I bought this tv because the salesperson says it was better than the one I was going to purchase and he was right. The picture quality is good and the ease of the remote for my younger kids to handle. Had the tvs for a couple of months so lets hope it can last a couple decades. G

It is harder to find quality "small screen" TVs without all of the bells and whistles. This TV having the Roku built in fit all my needs without having to buy any extra devices. I have only used the TV for streaming so far, and the connection seems strong and stable. Sometimes the Wi-Fi antennas are not the best within TVs/Blu-ray players...but I have not had any issues yet. All in all, I would suggest this product.

Gave up cable years ago and have been streaming with Roku. When I saw that they had come out with a tv I was intrigued. What, get rid of a tv remote and the Roku remote and have only one? Decided to go for it. I am so amazed at the quality and ease of set up. Not to mention the picture is outstanding. So glad I bought it.

This is purchased as a TV in my home office, which is mostly being used for cable news during the day so it does not need to be a huge TV. This is now the third TCL TV I have purchased and I could not have expected the quality given the price which is significant to other TVs of the same size. I think the fact that I just bought a third one should say it all for my thoughts on it.

Because I hadn't... I got this TV for my daughters room. Being a Roku TV meant that it had a simple remote, and not something I'd have to spend time showing them how to use. If I were shopping for an older user, this is definitely the TV I'd recommend just on easy of use alone. Picture quality is really good for a 720p as well.

Bought the tv for my 6 year old daughter. Tv was cheap and it's the perfect streaming tv the picture is pretty good quality. Easy for my daughter to use and navigate she mostly uses the Netflix YouTube and Disney app. Cheaper than cable.

These were the first TCL TVs I purchased. I got them for my kids rooms real easy for them to use and can’t beat the price with the Roku player built in. I purchased the 1080p model later for another room it came out and honestly at the 32” size you really can’t tell and a lot of things broadcast in 720p anyway
