Compact and great picture for the camper! Dim’s were good and I am glad it didn’t weigh much! Can’t wait to use it next year at more sites!

Bright, crisp screen. Easy menu and I put functionality. Very thin and lightweight. Audio could be better, but not bad overall.

The TCV tv is just an okay tv. I guess I need to adjust the settings for picture quality to get the desired viewing quality. Setup was easy enough. The weight was very light considering I have back issues and can't lift a lot. Still learning the different buttons for use. I replaced this 32 inch for an 7 year old Insignia non smart tv that did not have any issues. Just updating to newest technology.

Such a great TV for college life! It’s the perfect size for dorms, and easy to set up for streaming movies, shows, or for gaming. What a great find at an even better deal!

TV came well packaged, with no damage whatsoever. They really do pack these TCL's well. Google TV is pretty decent for the OS. It's easy to set up, and all the popular apps are available. Roku or Firestick's have no advantage over it, as anything available to either is also available to the Google TV OS. Of course with these smaller smart tv's the sound is tinny, there is an equalizer so you can mitigate that pretty well. Picture settings are expansive you can tweak this to your liking well enough. Overall it's responsive and I'm happy with it. You can't beat the price that Best Buy has on these.

First unit I purchased had a cracked screen. Folks at BB replaced it without hesitation. I use this TV in bedroom with Blue Tooth connected headphones. Easy to navigate, picture is great. For the price could not be more satisfied. This is the first Google TV I've had. Another TCL was Roku. I also own an Insignia with Amazon Fire. Given the choice I would go with the fire, but Google works ok

Took a little time to do software update and setup, but the process was easy. After the setup, was easy to add my accounts and control them from menu. Picture is great, sound is pretty good. It's very light. It's working great so far. Would recommend.

I bought this TV for my bedroom and it is the perfect size and has a great picture. Easy to set up as I have changed to steaming. PERFECT

Picture quality is great—super lightweight, too. When on standby mode, slight high-pitched hissing noise coming from bottom right of device. Will be returning to see if it is exclusive to my unit.

I think this TCL TV (2025) is really great for the price! The picture is very clear and the color is excellent! Also the sound quality is very good as well! Overall, it is perfect for my needs, I’m in a very small room and there’s about 6 to 7 feet between me and the TV so the screen size of 32” is just right. I would highly recommend this TV to anybody, especially if they are in a small space. I had originally purchased the Samsung version of this one for the same price and was very disappointed in the picture quality and the sound quality they were not very good so I exchanged it for this TCL which was recommended to me by my sister and I couldn’t believe the difference between the two, I absolutely love this TV!

I bought this tv because it was supposed to have a voice button on the remote control. When I opened the box, I found that it had a standard remote control with no voice button. I reported this to the manager and she arranged for me to go to another store that had the tv in stock. They opened the box and exchanged it for one that had voice control button. It was inconvenient, but now I have what I wanted.

Picked it up was light as a feather .. Didn't think anything was in box it is perfect for guest room beautiful quality.. Grand kids love it

We arrived at a Best Buy store intending to buy a 32” Sony television for our bedroom. We have an Insignia Fire TV that drops the internet connection for Hulu streaming, but does not drop Prime. This is irksome, so we will banish that TV to a workout area, hoping that the connection issues are less disruptive. The salesperson talked us into purchasing a TCL model, which was half the price of the same-sized Sony TV. He stated that the image was much better, due to pixels per square inch or something. The image on the TCL TV was indeed very nice. The sound was high-pitched and tinny, for every sound serting offered. We googled solutions and tried every setting, to no avail. We have no interest in spending more money to purchase a sound system for a bedroom TV. Finally, we decided to disregard the salesperson’s recommendation, and follow our instinct by exchanging this TCL TV for the originally-selected Sony TV. We are very pleased with the sound and picture of the Sony TV.

Works well for the price. it was a little difficult to get it set up and has a slow processor. The quality is good enough for a bar sports tv.
