I love this TV. The picture is crisp and color perfect. Wasn’t hard to set up and easy to operate. It’s a little slow warming up when you turn it on but I can be a bit impatient. Great value for the money.

This otherwise great TV features a slow processor and a wonderful picture only when viewed straight on. Even slightly angled views alter the TS’s perceived color. I guess this TV purchase reinforced my long held preference for IPS display panels (if not OLED). Exchanged for a 27” LG IPS Monitor/SmartTV open box and I love the consistent picture quality from all angles.

I love this tv. It has everything all in one spot making it easy to switch between cable and internet (Netflix, amazon, peacock). Easy to setup good picture

I purchased this as an open box in excellent condition. It arrived in the original box with all accessories. It was easy to get set-up and log in to the different streaming accounts. The picture is good, the OS with GoogleTV works well. You are able to turn off the standby mode that eliminates the bright white light below the screen. That reduces the energy consumption, but takes a little longer to boot up. Love the non-frame design as it fits perfectly in my bookcase.

Easy. Perfect size for kitchen area. Very lightweight and easy to handle.

It is a good buy. A better picture the most LED TVs but not nearly as bright and clear as a OLED TV.

Compact and great picture for the camper! Dim’s were good and I am glad it didn’t weigh much! Can’t wait to use it next year at more sites!

Good for tv watching, has the majority of the popular apps plus Wi-Fi streaming live tv. I bought this for gaming and was disappointed at the horrible motion processing. I have to sacrifice the gaming part for the streaming part because I do watch a bit more tv nowadays. Don’t buy this if you are going to use it only for console gaming.

Bright, crisp screen. Easy menu and I put functionality. Very thin and lightweight. Audio could be better, but not bad overall.

Picture is great, but sound is terrible(Like a tin can). It also takes forever for anything to load.

The TCV tv is just an okay tv. I guess I need to adjust the settings for picture quality to get the desired viewing quality. Setup was easy enough. The weight was very light considering I have back issues and can't lift a lot. Still learning the different buttons for use. I replaced this 32 inch for an 7 year old Insignia non smart tv that did not have any issues. Just updating to newest technology.

Took a little time to do software update and setup, but the process was easy. After the setup, was easy to add my accounts and control them from menu. Picture is great, sound is pretty good. It's very light. It's working great so far. Would recommend.

Such a great TV for college life! It’s the perfect size for dorms, and easy to set up for streaming movies, shows, or for gaming. What a great find at an even better deal!

I purchased this 32 inch TCL TV with Google TV for a bedroom based on its size, features, price, and past experience with an excellent TCL 55 inch TV. Being a QLED display with Full HD 1080p resolution I expected great picture quality from this TV as well. Unfortunately I ended up returning this TV for a few reasons, but mainly because of the picture quality. The problem is that it has a VA display type, and while it gets bright, the viewing angle is extremely narrow. If you are viewing the TV at any angle other than perfectly straight on, for example from slightly to the side or below, the colors become very distorted. So much so that it was unpleasant to watch. Another disappointing thing was that the use interface is very slow. The initial software update took much longer than expected, even with a strong WiFi signal. But even after leaving it plugged in for a few days after the update, everything was still very sluggish in the Google TV user interface. Finally, the sound from the built-in speakers was audible, but the quality isn't good. I didn't expect much from them to begin with. I could have lived with the slow UI and the sub-par speakers, because there are ways to address them (by using and external Google TV device and external speakers), but I couldn't find a way to fix the display's viewing angle. I ended up returning this TV and I purchased a 32" computer monitor with an IPS display (1440p) and built-in speakers instead. I connected a spare Chromecast with Google TV (that I already had), and setup the Chromecast remote to control its own output volume (since the monitor doesn't have IR remote capabilities) and I am very happy with the results. The monitor's IPS display looks great, the colors stay accurate from every angle, the Chromecast with Google TV is very responsive, the Chromecast's remote controls the UI and volume, and the monitor goes to sleep when I turn off the Chromecast with the remote. This is the solution I should have chosen the first time. Finally, because the TCL TV model was brand new, there were none on display in stores, or maybe I would have been able to make a decision before purchasing it, but I appreciate Best Buy's return policy.

Very good picture. Good sound easy set upi I would recommend.

Picture quality is great—super lightweight, too. When on standby mode, slight high-pitched hissing noise coming from bottom right of device. Will be returning to see if it is exclusive to my unit.
