Set up took longer than expected. Picture/sound quality appropriate. Many bells and whistles.

Great 32 inch tv if you dont want to break the bank. Decent picture quality and easy start up. Only complaint is at first the tv can be laggy.

Works well for the price. it was a little difficult to get it set up and has a slow processor. The quality is good enough for a bar sports tv.

We arrived at a Best Buy store intending to buy a 32” Sony television for our bedroom. We have an Insignia Fire TV that drops the internet connection for Hulu streaming, but does not drop Prime. This is irksome, so we will banish that TV to a workout area, hoping that the connection issues are less disruptive. The salesperson talked us into purchasing a TCL model, which was half the price of the same-sized Sony TV. He stated that the image was much better, due to pixels per square inch or something. The image on the TCL TV was indeed very nice. The sound was high-pitched and tinny, for every sound serting offered. We googled solutions and tried every setting, to no avail. We have no interest in spending more money to purchase a sound system for a bedroom TV. Finally, we decided to disregard the salesperson’s recommendation, and follow our instinct by exchanging this TCL TV for the originally-selected Sony TV. We are very pleased with the sound and picture of the Sony TV.

Great deal on this TV. The picture is also very good colors are bright in. It’s a perfect size for our RV.

This product was intended as a gift for my grandchildren, and my decision to choose this particular brand was quality as well was primarily based on the perceived ease of use of its remote control and the accessibility of its applications. These features are positive user experience for younger users.

For the price you are paying, it is a decent tv. Picture and features it has for connection to streaming services is great! The only thing lacking was the sound. If you want higher quality sound, it should be hooked to speakers.

This TV replaces a 3-year-old Samsung. It has a better picture than either of our 55" TVs. Both are under 2 years old, one a JVC, the other a Samsung. The picture is rich and highly detailed. I use it with Dish Network and Prime TV. This TV has the best picture I've had on a TV.

Fits my small apartment great. I wound up hooking Roku TV express to it bc it's must faster and more convenient. However, the TV constantly makes a buzzing noise that bothers me to no end so I unplug it when I'm not watching it. Thought of returning it but it was too much of a hassle

Fabulous pictures! Chose this model after turning around in the TV department and said WOW; what kind of tv is that? And it was the one I got!

This is my first TCL product. The product is a very good value. Picture is excellent as is the Google TV system. The light at the bottom of the screen for the remote receiver is very bright on the bedroom at night. Other than that I have no complaints with the TV.

Not many choices available in midsize TVs, but this one offers impressive picture quality at a bargain price. For a terrific deal, it’s QLED all day for me!

This is the 2nd time I bought TCL on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did not hesitate, The picture quality is good as well as the sound. Even though it couldn't play some music on my flash drive but I know it has to do with compatibility. Everything else is on point.
