Helps to Sail the High Seas

I mostly use it with my Onn 4k Pro box and a couple of apps that doesn't require a subscription. Only issue I have is when the Tv is off, there is a high-pitch sound coming from the back/ underneath of it. It's annoying and hard to sleep with the Tv off and that sounds coming from it.
