    Obviously not the highest quality tv, but worked for what we needed, which was to mount above the tub

    Overall, I thought the TV was very basic, the sound had very little dynamics, the processor was very slow. It took a while to change channels, even though my Wi-Fi is very fast and right next to my TV. I would not recommend this TV to a friend or family member, not to be mean just that there are better units at the same price point.

    I bought this TV in June. Connected a soundbar to the ARC output. Worked fine til yesterday. Seems the ARC outlet is dead now. I was going to connect the soundbar using the optical audio output but that wasnot installed correctly and I couldn't use it. Took TV back to BB and the manager said I'm out of luck since they won't accept a return after two weeks. He told me to contact TCL for warranty service. I asked if he was kidding since we both knew that would be a waste of time! So basically I am out $150 for defective TV. BUYER BEWARE! A former BB customer.

    I bought this tv because the TCL brand name had some clout. I found the setup unnecessarily convoluted and cumbersome and the overall functionality laggy. I would not recommend.

    Never had a smart TV so have to figure out how that works. Had go to the cable store for a new cable box with a HMI cord.

    Picture quality for a 32” is great. The TV is used in a room the farthest away from my router and picks up WiFi with no problems.

    Google tv is the way to go for tons of free streaming, and a lot of cheap options also. This is WAY better than a firetv. And soooo affordable too. Love it!

    A perfect small bedroom tv, and QLED with google tv build in at that. A little slower than my other google tv's but that's no problem. Fits in our eco system perfectly. Sound could use a little more, we pair it with a sony bluetooth speaker for movies in the bedroom

    Unfortunately the tv keeps popping up with different reminders even after removing them through settings. Not user friendly for elders

    Burnt/dead pixels

    Was a good price, but soon after installing I realized there were several burnt/deads spots along the bottom of the screen. It is mostly only visible on white backgrounds
