The picture is clear with good audio. I gave it a 4 because sometime the apps work and sometimes they have to be forced to stop. Over all it is a good tv.

TV picture is quite grainy/some blur. But based on the price and specs it’s pretty much what I expected. Super light weight!

This product has a remote thT has no numbers on it. Therefore making it annoying to use. You mudt run through all channels when you don't want to!!!

The picture on this TV is… Fine. The Google TV system simply does not work. I tried to factory reset and whenever I go to Google TV, the monitor simply returns to the home screen. In order to access the sleep timer, you need to go about four menus deep in the System menu. The light at the bottom of the screen that indicates that television is powered on, is quite bright and will light up a darkened bedroom to the point of being annoying at night. Apparently, the sensor that picks up information from the remote control is right by this light. If you cover the light the remote does not work.

The tv fits the purpose and the place where it needed to fit. The Xfinity remote would not pair and an Xfinity person was on site to address.
