The tv came with the wrong remote. Check out the photo below. And now it’s too late to return. Don’t buy this TV from Best Buy!!!

So far it's been excellent! This is a relatively small tv, but big bang for your buck. It was purchased for an apartment bedroom, so the size is just right. Great picture quality, vibrant colors, easy to set up. Best of all it has the Chromecast built in. Considered a cheaper tv, but by the time we add a Chromecast like device, it was the same price as this tv. We've had great luck with our large TCL at home so we welcomed another to the family. Low cost, lot's of features equaled great buy! Our daughter is thoroughly enjoying it. We did add a multi position wall mount to it, which makes it even better in the small apartment bedroom.

Bought ths TV over Labor Day weekend for a very reasonable price! It was on sale for 129.99, so I got $70 off. Shortly after getting it, home, I unboxed it and attached the stands. That went very easy. Next, I turned on the TV and went through the necessary on-screen setup instructions. This took longer than expected probably because I didn't do it through the Google Home app for the setup process. Once it was all set up, I got all the picture and sound settings, etc the way I wanted them. The picture quality of the set is very good. It also has HDR10 capability! The sound on this TV isn't that bad, but I highly recommend connecting a sound bar for much better quality sound! The Google TV OS is a very fun system to use. Just about everything can be accessed from the Google Home screen. I also like the voice control. Definitely cuts down on pressing buttons many times! Picture quality while streaming apps is generally very good also. While I like this set in most ways, I do have a few complaints, although not major ones. The remote control, while fully functional, could use better Identification on the buttons by using actual words for each button's function! Another complaint, hopefully minor, is that the wifi will disconnect periodically. I'm not sure what is causing it, but I have my theories. The TV has done a system update 2 times so far, shortly after updating and restarting the wifi is lost, requiring a manual reconnect. The other possibility is with the gateway or something else. I have had a couple laptops either briefly disconnect or show a weak wifi signal, so the tv my not fully be at fault. The tv and said laptops are both in my upstairs bedroom The gateway is located in my living room on the main floor. In addition, this is an xfinity router, so there are very few user adjustable settings. I can't even choose which wifi band I connect dual band wifi devices to. The router chooses the band! This router is 2 1/2+ years old, and I've noticed a weaker wifi signal from several devices in my upstairs. When TCL and Google release updates, they should focus on improving existing functionality as well as new features. With that in mind, I think that this has the potential to be an awesome tv, with strong competition to equivalent sets from Samsung and LG! If you're looking for a TV with very good Picture quality and lots of internet functionality and reasonable price, this will be hard to beat!

This tv is on par with the price. It’s not gonna blow you away in the looks department and the built in smart os is exceptionally slow. It will get the job done. Great for a small space and low budget the image is compressed and still looks half decent. Would buy again.

I’m very happy with this TCL 32” TV. The picture quality is sharp and clear with true Full HD resolution, perfect for movies, sports, and everyday streaming. The built-in Google TV makes it super easy to access all my favorite apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ without needing extra devices. The setup was quick and user friendly, and the remote is simple but effective. Sound is surprisingly good for a smaller TV, though you can always add a soundbar if you want a theater experience. It’s the perfect size for a bedroom, office, or even a small living room. For the price, this TV offers features and performance that rival more expensive models. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, affordable Smart TV!

Excellent picture even for a 32” screen snd at a very affordable price. Compact, lightweight size but remote is somewhat unintuitive and the internal speakers leave a lot to be desired (but this can be cured by hooking up to a decent external soundbar). But all in all, a good value.

The 32" TV market is limited, as in this size range most TV's are just HD (1,280 x 720 pixels). This is one of two TV's in the sub-$200 range that is FHD (1920 x 1080). There are a couple of FHD and 4K offerings in the $400 range, but for a budget bedroom TV, this one is probably the best you can buy right now. 32" works fine for watching TV in a bed from a TV on a nearby desk or dresser, although if you have the space, a 43" class TV would be better. The "Google TV" OS is comparable to Fire TV--it's easy to navigate, and in this TV, it is fairly fast. It's the latest version of Android TV--it does a good job and has all the apps you would ever need. The screen looks washed out when viewed from a high angle, but when viewed straight on it is very nice, with vivid, accurate colors. Once you are in bed watching at the right angle, it is a very nice looking TV. Horizontal viewing angle is good--it's just the extreme vertical angles that have a problem at extreme angles. The TV control software is well thought out and has many features, such as being able to control the super-bright standby LED on the front panel. It's got Bluetooth audio, which is nice for listening with your mate in bed. Overall, pleasantly surprised.

Excellent Value. It's the perfect size for me personally, because it doubles as a computer screen. Picture quality is excellent. I don't think it would be someone who is an avid gamer. But for daily tasks its great as a second monitor. I have had several TCL TV's this one 32 in is the smallest I have purchased (i don't know why i included that...humble brag maybe...leaves you guessing the size of my other TCLs) This is my first with the Google TV software. I like It. Its not quite as simple as the ROKU setup, but it's also not hard to setup. I just discover the TCLtv input option. It's a pretty great add driven selection of channels. Well organized and a good verity. I love the show Wipe Out. There is a channel just of all the Wipe Out shows around the world. That is fun.

Lets be honest, for $129 (what I paid on sale at Best Buy) this is a lot of TV. I find the GoogleTV smart TV platform the most versatile and there is no exception here. It can be a bit a sluggish but again for the price this is a good smart TV, especially for a kids room when using the Kids profile. VESA mounting holes are not very deep, so investigate that with regards to your TV mount's included hardware before starting your install (if wall-mounting). Looking at it with a value lens, the audio is decent but not broad-spectrum. The brightness is great for a room with limited outdoor light impacting. The default setting to keep the large white LED bar on when the TV is off/standby was annoying but can be disabled in the settings. Would have like brightness settings for that LED.

Perfect fit for what I wanted to replace. I wanted the smart TV feature. The size of screen fit my needs. And price was also a deciding factor.

This tv is really good for gaming and watching movies or sports. And it fits perfectly in my small room

I got the smart tv as an "excellent quality" open box item. The listing guaranteed all parts included. It arrived missing the tv legs. I contacted customer service and they told me they couldnt help me with the missing part so i ended up ordering them off amazon. The tv itself works great but im a little annoyed with how customer service treated the issue

Easy installation, easy setup. Very lightweight. Bright picture and no distortion from angle viewing. all round great value.

The picture is clear and colorful, making movies and shows look really nice. The sound is decent too, though adding a soundbar could make it even better. Setup is quick and easy with Roku built in, so apps like Netflix and YouTube are ready to go right away. The TV is lightweight, easy to move, and fits perfectly in my bedroom without taking up too much space.

Great value and a nice clear picture . The smart tv feature is also great. I put this in my rv its lighter the the oem and much better quality.

I have ordered from Best Buy two times and had nothing but good experiences. The amounts of each order was less than $350.00, but the service couldnt be better if they were $3000.00. I knew from beginning to end where the process was and definite date of delivery. Outstanding. Although I've only ordered online twice, I have purchased from Best Buy many times through the years and have never been disappointed with their products.

Actually relatively easy to set up, and color and sound are very high quality for the price. We are pleased with the purchase.

Great TV! The remote is thin and comfortable. The picture is crisp. I have this TV mounted, it was very simple to hang as the TV is light. Highly recommend.
