Good and nice smart TV with good feautures. Kids loves it

Great value east to install. Bought one for my parents they love it.

TV randomly hooks up to headphones and the sound is supposedly only playing through the headphones. I don’t own head phones. When I googled the situation, it seems to be a very known issue. I’ve had to reset to factory settings twice. Closed captioning randomly appears. I have to turn it on then off again for it to go away.

Perfect tv for our patio! Haven’t had any complaints!

This TV works excellent. Quality is great. The color is pronounced, there is clarity sound is clear and sharp. The picture quality is superb. My connection to Alexa is fast and simple.

I mainly use the tv to watch Plex movies. At first I had some issues with the subtitles not showing up. Then I found out you have to enable always captions in the tv menu. Now the 5v works flawlessly. Great image, sharp and clear. Price was unbeatable. Really happy with this Roku tv. Highly recommended

This is a great tv with same tech and features of other brands. But fir less.

TLDR; don't buy open box; don't have it shipped; don't expect Best Buy to care about you, even if you're a "long time loyal member" Rarely write reviews and usually have nothing bad to say about Best Buy or TCL TVs (in fact, I recommend them when it arises), but this experience has been disappointing, to put it euphemistically. Needed to replace an old TV that finally died. The TV stand it was on is not very wide, and it's proven difficult to find new TVs to fit which is why I went against my better judgement and purchased this open box one to be shipped because it was the only one that would fit and meet other needs (nothing available in local stores would fit). And Best Buy rated it as being in excellent condition, and I trusted them. Anyway, UPS lost track of it, and it was delivered 10 days late. It was left on its side in a damaged box. I was sick at the time, so I couldn't deal with it and just hoped the inner packaging had protected it. A few days/week later when I was well again, I finally unboxed it. It looked like new. And at first, it worked like new. *Phew* At first. *Ugh* Within about a week, it started periodically freezing and kicking back to home screen. It progressively got worse. Now, every time you pause, rewind, ff, adjust the volume, etc., it freezes and/or kicks back to the home screen. Even more infuriating is that it now does this without even changing anything, and it happens like every 30 seconds-5 minutes (not exaggerating). Doesn't matter what app you're using. Never had this problem with my other TCLs/Rokus. Called Best Buy, was thanked for being a long time loyal member, explained the whole situation, got transferred. Was again thanked for being a long time loyal member, again explained it all, including my understanding that I was a couple weeks outside the return window and hoping Best Buy could make an exception (just got unexpectedly laid off and can't afford to buy another TV). Was immediately shut down and told I was outside the return period (which I pointed out I'd literally just said myself) and that no one at Best Buy could/would help me. Told to try through TCL directly. No empathy, no attempts to find an alternative solution, nothing. My first career was as a customer support manager in a similar industry, and so this lack of customer care is especially frustrating (especially after all the loyal member praises being sung). So now I'm off to try my chances with TCL. I'm not holding my breath though. And I'm not sure whether or not I'll ever be a Best Buy customer again, let alone such a loyal one.

Purchased this TV in March 2023. The TV worked for three weeks and then went dead. I had to return it to the manufacturer for warranty service. They returned the TV and the screen was broken. It's been over three weeks since I reported the broken screen to customer service, and no response, they won't reply to my emails.

Happy with the TV. Hope to have for a long time! Installation went smooth as well.
