This TV is pretty nice for the price and the quality is also pretty good for a TCL

Easy set up and good picture. Good volume. The remote is not numbered to easily change channels and you have to use the arrow up or down to change channels. You cannot mute or go back to the last channel you are viewing. Otherwise it is a good TV and good price.

Great tv at a great price, would recommend it to anyone looking for a 2nd or 3rd television.

I got because wanted to eliminate some of my extra devices, like a streaming Stick for one. and wanted to have Smart TV. There is only one draw back I saw so for does not come with an IR romote only a bluetooth one, and was able to get a universal with both IR and bluetooth but will turn off but not back on, only seem to be able to turn off and on both with origional remote. There is also a cool feature where can turn off screen and Just have audio this is nice for music Streaming when going to slleep so don't have screen lit when trying to sleep

This TV works well and has a good picture for the price. My overall complaint is the somewhat slow Android TV interface. It seems to be better after the most recent software update, but there are still some strange occurrences. First, the software often gives 'an error occurred' when auto-updating certain apps. They eventually update successfully on their own, but it is an issue. I have super fast Internet and I'm not having issues with my many other devices, so it does seem to be a software issue. Otherwise, I like the TV. The remote control is RF, so that's a marked improvement compared to the Roku TVs I have, since all of those are Infrared. I don't have to worry about having the remote control in line of sight with the TV infrared sensor. Overall, the TV is very nice for the price and works well in a spare bedroom, which is where we have it. I would recommend as long as the price is right.

Overall I like this product. It is an upgrade from an older smart tv model. I love the ability to download my favorite streaming services. It was easy to set up and use. The picture quality is beautiful. I would like to purchase more for other rooms in my home.

The tv picture is good. The tv was easy to set up. The light at the bottom of the tv is too bright for me. I wish there was a way to turn it off or dim the light. It practically lights up my bedroom at night.

I went to Best Buy purchase an inexpensive secondary television after my 10 year old smart tv got struck by lightning. I was expecting to purchase a simple smart tv and have a basic cable box attached. The Best Buy rep recommended an Insignia television and added with WiFi, I can view a variety of channels, including Sling, Peacock, iHeart Radio, access to Prime Video, Hulu, Disney, relaxation apps, and so much more. What a remarkable purchase with no cable required. The picture is awesome! I have had Amazon Prime for over 10 years and just now realizing my true benefits. Side note: the kid in me had to purchase the Disney + bundle package.
