I'm really upset by this TV. It works fine as a smart TV, but when hooked up to a device over HDMI, the picture stretches outside the bounds of the screen. Trying to adjust the overscan on the TV does not fix this. I got this TV for my kid to play Xbox on and it cuts off the edges on all 4 sides of the screen. I'm attaching pictures. Great TV if you *only* use it as a smart TV and don't hook anything up to it. If you want to use it for other things, forget about it and buy something else. The Nintendo Switch at least let me bring it down to 96% resolution, but the Xbox has no option for this. But it should not even be necessary. If it is a 1080p TV. It should display the things plugged into it properly. I bought two of these to put in my kid's room and in the bedroom and it completely ruined what I was going to use them for.

I recently purchased this television and have been using it for a few weeks now. Overall, I’m pleased with my decision. The smart TV features work smoothly, and I appreciate how easy it is to access all my streaming apps without needing additional devices. Setup was straightforward and took less than 30 minutes. The sound quality is decent for built-in speakers, though I do plan to eventually add a soundbar for a more immersive experience. The remote is intuitive and responsive, which makes navigation simple. One minor drawback is that the interface can occasionally be a bit slow when switching between apps, though this hasn’t been a major issue. For the price point, this TV offers excellent value. It handles everything I need for daily streaming, occasional gaming, and watching sports. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable TV without breaking!

I was skeptical at first as it was a good deal. Turns out, the tv exceeded my expectations as the image on tv was nice and crisp. The sound is very good, had to set it to movie sound mode as it sounded better than the default but default was decent. Picture quality was nice and bright. The tv for a 40 inch was extremely light in weight. Which is a plus. It makes a great bedroom tv. I used to have a 50 inch tv from 2015 and it was too big and bulky. The only small thing I can comment about the tv is there is some very light slight lag when back in the Home Screen and navigating around the menu and apps. But it's not terrible.

great size, good color, and great picture. easy to use and well worth the cost, bought another for a christmas present.

I just instaled the tv last night and saw the Texans play on my new tv......I absolutely loved it, color, easy to use and worked with my Amazon Prime. The Texans won last night , my girl and I were histatic. Thanks Best Buy. I will be up grating the sound system and doing it today Black Fryday so I can save some last minute money and considering a new tv for my mom for Chryslmas.
