Sound quality lacking

Had it all set up and was happy with the picture. Tried to get used to it, but just wasn't pleased enough to keep it. Associate recommended a sound bar, but that defeated the purpose of purchasing a lower priced TV. A quality bar would be more than the price of the TV!

My purchase was seamless, in my budget, and the representative was very professional. TCL needs a better manual, but that is not on Best Buy. I purchase ALL MY ELECTRONICS AT BEST BUY ALWAYS..MY FOREVER LIFE STORE!! Thank you, Best Buy, for always coming through with my purchases.

Great TV

The issue with this one was that the remote did not have the button for the microphone, which is something my father uses a lot. This was disappointing. Luckily I was able to swap the remote from my TCL TV with his so he could have the microphone button as I don’t necessarily need it. If not for that, I would have given it five stars as these TCL Google TVs are fantastic in every other way.

After reading very favorable reviews about TCL I bought this one at Best Buy that was at a terrific sale price. The color picture quality is excellent and the images are sharp. And it is seamless to switch between apps. And I have so many apps to choose from. I absolutely recommend buying a TCL television. And buy it from Best Buy like I did!
