Product arrived damaged. As i was opening the box, I noticed screen was cracked. Took it back the same day to the store for exchange, manager gave me hard time but finally accepted the return. Best Buy ran out of stock and I ended up returning. Very bad customer service from Best Buy.

It’s not a good picture. It has two big lines right in the middle so I would not recommend this TV. Poor quality. And I just got it out of the box today, November 18 and plug it in and that’s how it was. Poor poor quality.

I cannot comment on the quality because it was jacked by UPS....Such a shame they destroyed a nice TV due to their carelessness.

Great TV for the value. Still getting used to no numbers on the remote. Smart TV easy to set up and connect, and add many free avaliable streaming channels. The sound does get hung up on ocasion as others have noted, which can require cycle on/off. Also annoying that when external audio is connected (had to purchase a separete 3.5mm jack to RCA, as no RCAs or Component connections built into TV - again ok for the price), the TV speakers turn off. This requires me to choose ahead of time if I want the sound through my stereo OR through TV - can't do both, and mute one...that is a little anoying. Overall great picture and decent sound. Hard to beat for about $120

I only leave reviews for excellence or trainwrecks and this TCL 50" inch FIRE TV absolutely deserves this positive feedback. I purchased this tv during BEST BUYS Black Friday sale. The TV new was only $99 but they had a previously owned unit in EXCELLENT condition for $85 and I'm all about the savings. I purchased the tv and it was shipped quickly to my front door via UPS for FREE! I was originally looking for a bigger "SMART" TV to put in our bedroom as a replacement for the 32" inch (NON-SMART) we have used for years. This TCL is a FIRE TV, I am a ROKU guy but I am open to broadening my knowledge. This TV's picture quality is amazing at 1089p which is surprising because our 32" inch SCEPTRE was a 1080p but this TCLs picture seems so much more vibrant. Another plus is the sound quality, I read reviews before purchasing as any intelligent buyer should and read so many reviews that stated you need a sound bar because of the poor audio, this is absolutely untrue. Perhaps I am satisfied with the sound because the 32" TV's smaller speakers but the sound at 60 on the volume (it goes to 100) fills our bedroom, be it a modest size room. I was also worried about being able to load my streaming apps but they're all available for download, TUBI, PLUTOTV and yes even the ROKU streaming application. The ALEXA remote takes some getting used to using, the power button on the ALEXA remote is in the same top left corner as the ROKU remotes back/, previous button and the first day alone I accidentally powered the TV off at least half a dozen times. I had to purchase a wall mount because the distance from foot to foot is approximately 32" inches and too big to use with our current tv stand. The wall mount was $10 from TEMU. The voice recognition software is on point, it understands me word for word which is CRAZY because I have a deep southern accent. If it works with my accent it should work for ANYONE! Now here is why I scored the TV 4 out of 5 stars, the TV does not have RCA jack inputs, an adapter is available but I feel they should be built in already and the TV only has 2 HDMI ports which is completely BONKERS. Our 32" SCEPTRE had 3, this TV should have at least that many if not 4. I think I have covered everything pertinent that I would want to know from a review. I hope this helps someone make a more informed buying decision. At $99 this TV is a STEAL.

For $100 I had to try it for our guest bedroom, what a great little Tv! Connected to all my apps no problem, just plain works. Couldn’t be happier with the cheapest TV I’ve ever bought! On the other end of the spectrum I have an LG OLED 65” that is simply the best picture available. So for $100 if you want a TV, go buy this!!!

Have not been the biggest fan of Fire TV but this TV has impressed me. This is definitely a 'value' TV in that it's not a 4K or anything super impressive, but it is reliable, looks great and intuitively easy to use and work with. I would definitely but it again. ;)

A great tv for your first apartment. The size is great it's not too small and not too big. Set up was easy. I connected this TV to my Alexa speaker easily and didn't have to buy another speaker. You can also set up Alexa to turn on and off the TV for you. It's super useful. Color is also great
