    This TV has hardly been used only when I visit my daughter in Jacksonville, 3 to 4 months usage terrible lagging. Terrible customer service. For Tc. L. When checking perplexity on customer reviews, same issues. I'm having. Which say terrible response for Tc l customer service. They will not honor your warranty. They give you the run around. It used to be the customer's right. I've sent pictures.I've sent videos.I've done resets everything they've asked and they still close out my issues as if they don't care at all. I've been on emails with them.I've been on with Best Buy.I've sent them the Best Buy support with me.They say case solved. I'm not putting any more to this when it still has warranty until december 20th 2025. Really shame on them.Shame on their company.I will report to better business bureau.

    Bought this as a Christmas present for my grandpa, I figured this would be easy for him to navigate as he already has a Sony Bravia Google TV in the living room. Boy, I was wrong. The remote doesn't include an input button, so whenever he needs to go to cable TV he has to go through the settings. They need to add a "cable/HDMI" tile to the home screen like other google tv's have. The sound quality is awful, and the sleep timer also turns off by itself so you have to reactivate it every day. For a brand new smart TV, the features are obviously lacking. Very dissapointed in TCL.

    A pretty good little tv, got it is as an extra tv that I can watch sports on the side from my 70 inch lg so I have 2 games at once and it works great picture is pretty darn good even though it isn’t a 4K. Only complaint is the speakers on it aren’t very good at all. But not a deal breaker for me since it’s on mute anyways. All in all a get tv for the value. 150 dollars can’t beat it

    I’ve been using this 40-inch LED Full HD Smart TV with Google TV for more than 8 months now, and it’s an impressive addition to my home. It’s easy to navigate, and having access to all my favorite apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video in one place is super convenient.     I bought this for a tv in our gym so we could play our workouts and play music. We didn’t really pay too much attention to the specs of the tv. We knew it was only 1080p when we purchased this tv. But to be honest since setting it up and now having used it the quality is really really good for what we spent. We have a 55inch 4K that’s a bit older upstairs in our bedroom and we’ve even considered switching it out. The google tv built in is super nice to allow us to cast and download apps for our tv. Is it the most incredible tv out there? No. But for the price you spend. You get a great smart tv that the picture is really good. It will take care of most of your needs. The speakers aren’t too great but if hooked up to a soundbar shouldn’t be an issue.

    I think the overall quality of the tv is good. I am satisfied with the tv. I use a headset to improve my hearing as I have a hearing impairment. The headset uses RCA hookups to connect to the tv which forces you to use the headset all of the time unless you disconnect the RCA plugins at the tv. Most tvs use Bluetooth to connect to the tv which does not require plugins. This tv doesn’t have Bluetooth capability.
