Good tv for the price. Two versions of this model, Google and Fire, so pick your preference. My first Google TV, easy set up, no frills good picture. One little complaint... a little slow response but that is just my preference. 40" TV for $120 that is light as a feather, you can't beat it.

I bought this TCL 40" S3 Smart TV back in December 2023, and it’s been an awesome purchase! The picture quality is crisp and vibrant, and the Full HD resolution still looks amazing for this size. The built-in Google TV interface is super smooth and easy to use — streaming apps load quickly, and I love being able to use voice commands with the remote. Sound quality is solid for a TV this thin, and setup was a breeze. It’s perfect for bedrooms, dorms, or even as a secondary TV. For the price, you really can’t beat the performance and features TCL packed into this model. It's still going strong today. I’d definitely buy it again!

Easy setup, clear picture, resident software not annoying, slow, or buggy (unlike the Vizio we dumped for these reasons) and exactly the right size for the location. Very good tv for the money, and we're quite happy be bought it.

For the price you are getting a great TV! Size is great, picture has great rich colors that you wouldn’t normally see in other TVs for a similar price. The UI is easy to use and navigate and never seems laggy at all. All in all great atV, highly recommend!

Great value, with built-in Google TV. The colors are good, the sound is not so good.

We bought this tv for our bedroom. It has all the “smart” features we need. The picture is good even with low lit scenes however the sound is subpar. We had to purchase a sound bar to resolve the issue.

Delighted with this purchase. Its a great Full HD TV with inbuilt Google TV, great sound and picture quality. Has support for Netflix, Youtube , Amazon Prime, NFL, Apple TV. Its very easy to setup and use. Works with wifi internet also has support for voice search. Absolutely recommended

We bought this for our 18year old in college and we wanted something fairly easy. This TV was a breeze to set up and has a lovely picture. Our oldest was quite happy! Great product at a great price. We now own TWO TCL smart TVs!

It's a good TV for the price point. We had a TV go out in our workout room so we got this because of the size fits perfectly. The TV screen/picture is very good but the speakers are a little weak. Was told that most of the smaller TV have weaker sound But we bought it for the quality of the picture and added a separate speaker to get the quality sound as well. Easy to use, nothing but plugging it in a turning it on and following a few instructions and you are watching that quickly.

Good picture quality for the price. Communication between the TV and remote is a little spotty and menu responsiveness is heavy with lag. Overall, I like it for our spare bedroom.

TCL tv works great in my game, Crisp colors and very responsive
