awful, Awful, AWFUL!!!

In less than one week (purchased on a Saturday morning, malfunctions started on Tuesday afternoon/evening) having the EXACT same screen problems as noted and shown by other reviews. Contacted TCL support who told me it was the fault of my "cable provider" for the screen issues and NOT something to do with the t.v. itself. Really? Put a t.v. located in another room that uses the SAME cable provider and on SAME channel as the TCL t.v. THERE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO SCREEN DISTORTIONS OR PROBLEMS HAPPENING ON THE T.V. IN THE OTHER ROOM AS WERE HAPPENING ON THE TCL T.V.!! Worse purchased ever made and definitely will NOT recommend this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love it, so far so good. Get to pair it with my phone, since it's the same brand. I should have done that in the first place. Overall, it's perfect.
