Solid tv. Great picture and good sound. Also affordable

One of my favorite smart tvs, great size! I would get the same tv in a bigger size for a different room!

After reading reviews I settled on this TCL 43” for a 4K work monitor (coding, documents, zoom, etc). I run a 2019 MBP retina. No text artifacts or halos. Nice and crisp. Now, if you plan to use as secondary and Scale it for more desktop space, make sure you are plugged straight in or using a hub that supports 4k@60Hz or you’ll get 30Hz.

This 43" Android tv, with 4K UHD picture, Hey Google voice response, built-in Chromecast and surprisingly high quality speakers didn't surprise me. Considering the relatively low price, I am elated.

Pro: Great performer for the price. Picture is excellent. TCL has good customer service. Con: Virtually no documentation/instructions. Far fewer adjustments for picture, sound, etc. than with my older TCL. Also, as TCL no longer has an agreement with Roku, this is now a Google TV. For some, this isn't an issue. But as an Apple/IOS user with only moderate technical abilities, this requires a fair bit of technical competency to set things up and get your devices to work with it. Set up required far more time/energy than I would have preferred. For that reason, I'm not sure I would recommend.

I like the picture quality. I like how the interface works on the tv, apps are easy to use. But i havent even owned this tv for 2 years now and ive already had to send it back to tcl once for repair and the same issue has come back. The tv is clearly defective. The tv will not turn on. The logo comes up for a split second and then there is no response from the tv. It was fixed after sending it back to tcl. Its been around 6 months since ive had it back and the issue just started again. I do not recommend tcl brand.

The TV is exactly what I was looking for. First experience with WebOS. Not bad, wish it had xFinity Stream. Also wish the remote had backlit buttons to make it easier to use at night. The sound is fantastic

You get what you pay for. Not a bad tv by any stretch. The biggest issue I have: if you leave it on all day, your streaming apps may not load when you try to go and use the tv. It needs to be either turned off when you’re done (like me, I fall asleep to the tv so I turn it off in the morning now) or hit it with a restart in the quick menu (settings) guide. From my experience, restarting it has made it so there are no issues navigating apps after that. Just odd it needs that power cycle so often. Otherwise, good picture, HDR visibly looks good, voice assistant works well, easy enough to navigate.

Purchased for a guest room. Upgrade from and old 1080p tv. Great picture quality and features. Guests are always happy.

The picture is wonderful. The guide option is not. It is cumbersome. It is better than not having a guide option, but not much. It was fairly easy to set up and get operational. We are happy with the purchase.

We love TCL. If u have an android phone, to set up this TV is a breeze!

I waited to give my review because I wanted to be very honest. Now I can honestly say easy to connect to cable box, set up, easy remote, overall user friendly. You shouldn't have to be a rocket scientist to be able to use tv. Good overall and good price too

This TV gets an amazing picture and has great sound too. Plus the Android platform allows for many streaming services. All at a far better price than any TV that’s comparable. So satisfied I ended up getting another of the same.

Great tv, no need for a streaming device when it has one built in.

Our TCL is a solid, good TV for our bedroom. I wall-mounted it and it works really well for when we want to rest and catch a show on antenna tv. PQ and sound are fine for the price-point.

I've never had a 4k UHD TV and I must say I'm quite impressed. The sound is very good and I added a Bose sound bar for added bass. It's a perfect fit for my mid-sized bedroom. The staff in the store were very professional and answered all my questioned. The only issue I had was the driving rain when I got outside and loading into the back of my Jeep Wrangler... But it's all good.
