Decent TV for the price

If you are wondering if it has an 'On-Timer', it does not. We use the TV as our alarm clock and this one doesn't have that feature which is sad. It has a clock, why not a timer? I'm not going to fault the review for that though...

Wanted a TV for my new apartment and was looking at the 43in range. Tried to decide between a Fire TV and this Android TV since I had the Alexa ecosystem at home, but chose this one in the end because it had more functionality and features - Alexa still works pretty well with the TCL skill.

Beautiful Picture and Tons of Apps

It is just like a large screen computer without the tower! Getting use to the android platform, previously used Roku. Color is great. Sound is a little off. Great variety of apps.

Unexpectedly Great

A little issue with reds/blacks but unless you're looking for it it's minimal. Sound quality is great, and the smart TV side of it is just like any other, so it's also fine.

The only problem that I have is really with the antenna not reaching some of the channels that I had before. Geek squad was wonderful.

Decent For The Price

This 43" has decent picture quality and onboard sound, and I actually prefer the Android interface over the Roku interface of the other TV. Four stars for quality, five stars for value.

Yet, here I am writing a glowing review about the Android 43" tv, which is VERY EASY to operate! The remote works well & the THREE hdmi inputs are an absolute boon for usability.

Freezes all the time

I don’t know how a tv will freeze and I have to restart it so many times. The remote works sometimes when it feels like, sometimes it comes on. Other times you have to unplug it from the wall to make it respond. The volume goes out. Some apps like Hulu/Netflix stop working and you have turn the TV off and on again. I hate it!!!
