The TV's picture is beautifully clear, almost three-dimensional. We could not have asked for a better picture. The sound is good, no complaints, but it sounds a little better from behind the TV than from in front of it. We did not have to enter a Wi-Fi address or password, the TV picked it up automatically. The remote control works well, it's easy to see what the buttons control, and it's comfortable to hold. In summary, we highly recommend this TV.

I am very pleased with my TV. It has a great picture and was very easy to set up. The remote did not work when I unpacked it but called their 800 number and the problem was resolved quickly; they fedexed a new remote.

Excellent black friday deal, The native FireTV OS works well, although a little slower than the latest Fire Stick devices. Picture quality matches other brands for this price point. Has maintained wifi connection well and have not had any buffering lags or signal drop issues. Very happy to ditch the secondary device and have it all in one. Star ratings are based on expectations at this price point, it won't ever be confused with a higher end TV but more than meets expectations at this level of value. Will need to add on a soundbar if you are sensitive to sound quality, but should be expected at this price point.

We’ve had this tv for a few weeks and overall, it has a nice picture. It is a little slow to go thru menus and commands which is why I’m giving it only four stars.

The tv was non expensive, great color, very good response to programing, good size and insurance very affordable.

Setup was a breeze, just update the firmware and you are all set!! We are very pleased with the picture quality and all the convenient apps that come with it.

I have 7 TVs in my house, mostly LGs and Samsung. I've never had a TCL and must say, I like it more than my LG and Samsung, cleaner UI, fast operating system and clear picture. For the price, my next purchase will be a TCL TV only bigger than the 43" I recently purchased.
