It loads up the Prime interface right away and I can start watching. I ordered it online and customer service had my order ready quickly and even took it out to my car for me.

A Great Value

The picture is good, the built in Fire TV works well. The sound is what you would expect in a TV like this. I just got a small sound bar and its perfect for a budget setup.

Cannot Watch Spectrum on these TCL TVs

Except for one feature not offered on them that I would assume would be offered on all TVs. We have Spectrum for our tv service and because there is some contractual issues or something like that with TCL and Spectrum, you cannot download the Spectrum app to watch TV. So you have to pay xtra with Spectrum to get a box just to watch Spectrum cable. Not sure if that is something with TCL or Spectrum. I think Spectrum has an issue with Firestick as well. So probably Spectrum.

Nice TV for the bedroom
