Great TV but.....

I am totally satisfied with the TV I purchased, but the shipping was a NIGHTMARE. Shipping was suppose to take 2 business days, I didn’t receive my TV for over a Week. When i tried contacting Best Buy about the delay of my shipment I didn’t get a response on the phone, email, or online with the chat feature. I had to actually go inside the local Best Buy personally to find out where my tv was located. Absolutely the worse shipping experience I had. Do not order a TV from there website and expect it to be on time. Do yourself the favor and save the headache and just pick it up at the store if you can, or purchase it off amazon.
