I bought this tv for our bedroom. I think it has the nicest picture I’ve seen on a tv this size. Colors is perfect, great picture, and good sound. You can’t go wrong on this tv, I think it’s the best value for the money.

Bought two of these, one for my teenage daughter and one for my office. Easy set up, fantastic picture, good sound for a wall TV. Very light and easy to hang. I’m going back for another one for my bedroom to update the older one.

Cheap in price - not in quality. I had 12 year old vizio finally go out and needed a quick, affordable replacement. I went with TCL because I'd recently bought a 55" TCL 4K (the 607 or something) that was recommended by rtings.com as a gaming tv and was very impressed with it. I can't rave enough about Roku and when I needed a simply, basic TV for the office that was a big part of the decision. TCL makes very good quality TVs at affordable prices. I'm happy with both TVs. It all depends on reason (live TV, gaming, movies, etc.) for purchase and I highly recommend the rtings.com website. But if you just need a simple TV for a spare room / office that only gets used occasionally, this is a great choice.

After looking at available options decided this smart TV was priced quite competitively. Easy to set up and operate, although getting used to sound controls being on the side of the remote took some effort. Good product for the money.

I was very excited to get a 4K TV, and I was not disappointed. The excitement wore off quickly once I realized that the cable TV I was watching was not in 4K, neither was my Xbox, nor my laptop. Granted, the TV made everything look better, it was just not for me. If you don't plan on playing 4K games on a 4K console, or renting 4K movies all the time, then a 4K TV might be overkill. Plus, if I was to get a 4K TV, I would save up some more money and get one of the higher end models, because that is where you will see a remarkable difference. Again, for the money and for the right person this TV is great. Just not for me at this time.

We are very happy with this TCL 43" Smart TV. Good picture, good color and easy to set up and will not break the bank. Bought a 55" model too - just as good.

I've been hesitant on upgrading to a 4k television until the new lower price points dropped. I've been researching best bargain price tv's and the TCL brand keeps topping each list. This model was on sale at Best Buy and I thought it was time to go for it. Glad I did! Very good quality, visuals are great. I purchased an Xbox One S as well to play some games in HDR and 4k. Very noticeable different in graphics. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to venture into the 4k world of tv's that won't break the bank. Good quality, good features. I'm honestly going to buy a second one for our home.

This is not a bad Roku TCL 4K UHD screen, it’s just outdated and they don’t tell you this one is a 2017 model that doesn’t have Dolby Vision HDR, which is what most of the streaming services are currently using to achieve the highest quality 4K UHD viewing experience. Pay the $20 to $30 more and get the lastest model ROKU 4K SmartTV of the same size and get the latest technology. That’s the main reason I returned mine. I’m saving up for the better model, and maybe even a larger screen as well. But this size is almost perfect for me in my bedroom where I watch most of my UHD shows and films. I also use my screen to edit my own films on, with my MacBookPro connected via HDMI. Oh, one other thing, make sure you have a fast wifi router or connect via ethernet/CAT5, and have a very fast internet package from your ISP or else you’ll experience dropouts and pausing of your shows and films while they buffer and try to catch up on slow internet connections.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a brand of TV that I had never heard of. I was blown away with the quality of this tv. It’s picture was sharp and crisp. The colors great. The ease of set up was super. The big name brands better watch out. This is an incredible tv and the price is right!

As a budget TV, this unit delivers above it's price point. Nice picture, easy to use and nice features. I wouldn't recommend as the main TV in your home, but it's good for kids or in a bedroom.

TV has been great. Purchased for use in the master bedroom. No issues whatsoever. Picture and sound are great. If I had to say anything bad about it, I would have to say I don't like the remote because it doesn't have alpha numeric buttons. We watch tv thru the Xfinity app that I installed so we don't have to pay for an extra cable box, but it's a pain not to be able to jump right to a specific channel without going thru the entire guide with only the arrow buttons.

I bought this thanks to other reviews. I’m glad I listened. The picture quality for this price point is EXCELLENT! It almost compares to my Samsung but not in price. At this price and to get this quality of picture it’s just EXCELLENT! It has the built in Roku so you have the option of dodging the cable providers fee to have one of their boxes just to watch cable. You simply download their app on the Roku platform and you have all your content there. Not to mention Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, etc… Overall it’s a great 4K Televisión at an excellent price.

After reading the online recommendations, I selected this model as my best option for a 4K computer display, It is a good size, high resolution, sharp, clear and contrasting. It does have a few negatives. I have to use the remote to select the input, and it forgets that I want it to connect to the computer each time it goes to sleep, so I have to keep the remote handy on my desk all of the time. I wish it had convenient controls on the side of the display. It is so big, that I have to move around some to see one side or the other because it is angle sensitive. But it is like having 4 normal displays, so I can see lot of info at once when needed.

This is a great TV and the price was really good. It has a great picture and I love the convenience of the built in Roku. Easy to set up.

Bought it at $260, a good price. TV is fine for a bedroom or small den. Remote could be better, viewing angle limited, and picture quality very good but not excellent.

The tv allows you to download apps that let you view TV in 4k and it looks great. The remote is easy to use, and setup is easy as well.

Picture is good if you sit directly in front and starts to fade as you move more off center. I like the built in Roku which saves money on buying separate unit.

I bought this TV to replace a 2007 Sony Full HD tv. For this price point, nothing else is better. The Roku OS is great, smooth. Picture quality at 1080 and 4K are great. Used mostly for PS4 and Directv. HDR on PS4 games is an improvement over SDR, but I do not have a PS4 Pro to take advantage of 4K HDR output. 4K 60 FPS YouTube videos are amazing. Backlight is not as bright as others, so this tv in a bright room will take some settings adjustment. Don’t expect the PQ of a high end Sony or Samsung. 100% recommended for this price point.
