    Disappointed :(

I was so excited to upgrade from my 32 inch to a 43 inch and also move from the roku USB to a roku TV. Set up was super easy. However, 1 week in and I started experiencing audio issues. First the audio was dragging (slow motion) but the picture was normal speed. I had to power down and plug it out several times. Now tonight, I am watching and is well, then the audio started to lag behind the speed. I had to plug the TV out AGAIN, then when I powered on, now there was no sound whatsoever. I had to keep doing this several times. I am sooooo upset and disappointed. Such an inconvenience and I hope this does not happen when I am hosting guests as it would be so embarrassing. I bought this TV less than a month ago and already wish I made another choice

Looked like a good value for the money, and got good reviews. Be aware: If you have DirectTV, this model cannot be connected to the DTV remote, meaning you will need to use two remotes: the TV remote to adjust volume and turn on/off, and the DTV remote to change channels. Also, as others have observed, the TV loses brightness and looks dull even if you are at a bit of an angle in the room. There are several LG options for just a bit more $, wish I had bought LG instead.

First you can't use 4k on most videos (videos such as stranger things). Second you can't use a Nintendo switch on the TV when you plug it in the it won't show to the TV but I don't know if it's the Nintendo switch or TV.

      Hi Gamer,

Thank you for taking the time to provide to provide your feedback. The content and content resolution is dictated by individual providers. Additionally, you should definitely be able to use your Nintendo Switch with this TV. You would want to make sure that it is fully connected via HDMI and then select that HDMI input from the Home Screen. Hope this helps!

      Thank you,

I purchased this TV/monitor to use in my office as a second monitor. Setup was easy and straightforward. Works well for me as a monitor which is the main use of this product. I also use it to take a break and watch webcast and YouTube technical videos. It has very good picture.

Got this TV yesterday. Nice looking. Nice picture quality. The only problem is it’s 3:45 and I cant sleep because the SPOTLIGHT on the bottom is SO bright I CAN NOT SLEEP!!! Guess I’ll just send back my new black out curtains.

The audio speakers on this TV really suck in comparison to the Hisense brand. It is a really light TV in weight and the picture quality is really good. I would recommend the TV for the price but a audio system would be of benefit.

Decent Tv with decent picture and sound. Great for cord cutters who wants the ease of jump from on app to the other. CONS no power or volume button on tv itself. Everything located on remote.

      Hi BJay,

We're thrilled that you are enjoying your TV thus far! Great news! This TV actually does have both power and volume buttons located on the TV itself. The physical power button is located under the status light you can see on the front of the TV. Right under the brand logo you will feel 3 buttons; the middle button should be the power button with volume buttons on either side. Additionally, if you download the free Roku app on your phone you can use it to toggle power, toggle volume, use voice search, and private listening. Hope this helps!

      Thank you,

This is a middle of the road TV, but for the price it will take care of most 4K needs. I would recommend giving a try if you think your budget is getting low and you still want that one last peace to finish for setup.

The tv is ok but the remote stinks. There are no numbers on it so you have to keep hitting channel up and down on the side of it. If I would have kept the box I would have returned it

I purchased this tv as a deal of the day. I love it as my entry into 4k tv. I recently purchased an Xbox One X for the HDR. The tv doesn't do well for HDR gaming. It actually looks better in 1080p on consoles.

I am happy with the ease of initial set-up for the TV. The delivery people did leave it out by the main road by the mailbox. Luckily my daughter came home from work and picked it up.

Poor picture quality with green hue when viewing at side angle. Samsung picture a lot better. Surprised it was noticeably better on a 43” screen.

      Hi Elois,

When using this TV to play video games connected through the HDMI port, please make sure that the HDMI port is set to 2.0 in order to get the best resolution possible. In order to do this go to Settings>TV Inputs>Select the HDMi your console is connected to>HMDI Mode>2.0. Happy gaming and enjoy!

Do not like the remote as it has volume on the side of the small remote and the tv mutes or I change the volume every time I pick up the remote. TV takes a long time to boot up.
