    The delivery communication was both confusing and Wrong. said 55 Tv was on way then the 43 inch Tv the next day. I’m like well ok. Then. Then the 43 in was delivered. I’m like HUH. Ok Then the 55 in shows up 2 hrs later. I got my stuff but left me confused and you wasted Time and money sending 2 trucks 2 times.

    not very responsive and sometimes will just turn off, doesn’t have the ability to add new apps beyond the ones it has, but pretty fair for the price I guess

    Had trouble with signing in to google TV. I didn't really need it anyway since I'm only using it a computer monitor. Out of the gate, neither HDMI port I used worked. Then I followed some voodoo I got from a Youtube video about unplugging it for 5 minutes and holding down the power button for 30 seconds. That got one of the HDMI ports to work, but not the other. I'll have to test it later, but if the very basics have trouble, I'm a bit concerned. I would have recommended this TV if HDMI ports had worked from the start. At least the remote on this TV has an input button, which was my gripe on the Samsung 65" CU7000.

    Opens apps slow. Closes shows over and over in Disney plus. Apps shut down and tv has to be unplugged because it is stuck on black screen. The previous Roku version was better. I hate this tv. I wish I had used it when I purchased it to see how it competes. I bought it before Christmas but just started using it in my kids room recently. I hope TCL sees this review and does something about this.

    Purchased this item as “open box”. This 43” TV came shipped LOOSE in a 65” TV box with only a single layer of bubble wrap, and it was completely destroyed when it arrived, so I cannot provide a complete review of the item itself. Additionally, it took two weeks to get a refund processed due to atrocious in store customer service, in which the store REFUSED to accept the return on site and forced it to be shipped back for processing. As a 25+ year Best Buy customer, this was easily the worst transaction experience I’ve ever had with the company.
