    Tv is working great easy to mount and picture quality is amazing. Only down fall is the the UI tends to freeze for a moment. Taking out the batteries from the controller fixes the issue. But the hard part is removing the battery cover on the remote.

    It's a very nice TV for the price with really decent specs. I'd say that it hits above its belt. I'm fond of it not running Roku as I've had issues with it on Plex and Nvidia Shield in the past. The Google OS is happy to get out of the way and just start on the port I left off on. I have no complaints about it as the picture is really good, the latency very low, and I hook it to a stereo. It has some weak links such as the hdmi and usb ports being old school but it still accomplishes the task for what I'm doing. I didn't want to go over $300 and I wasn't going to sacrifice picture quality for update ports so I went with this, no regrets.

    I've had my TV about a month now and it really is pretty great. The Google TV interface is just like having a built in 4k Chrome Cast. The colors and picture are awesome for the price. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

    Overall the picture quality is impressive for this price range. Only reason I docked a star is Google TV can be super slow to respond to remote input. I use a Firestick and it works slightly better.

    Excellent 4k Picture. Bright and crisp. The Google app that runs the smart TV is a little slow compared to my Sony w same software. However I had spare roku that i Like and I use that solves problem. The picture is better then the Insignia BB brand in my humble opinion. It has some type of refresh rate enhacment but I have yet to play any games on it as it is a bedroom tv and my gaming pc is my work pc at the moment but now that I have cust coming to my home i am moving pc to bedroom w 32 inch UWHD disp[lay and use my mac mini and 27inch Samsung 4k display or macbook as it has usb b compatability w macbooks which charges and is mini DP. Awesome TV

    This is a great tv for a great price. It is a huge upgrade from my previous one in regards to size and picture quality. The sound quality isn’t the best (it’s not bad, just not great), but I use a soundbar so tagt doesn’t matter to me. The only major con was that I bought an open box and the store didn’t tell me they wouldn’t be including a remote, but that’s a reflection on the Saginaw store and not this product.

    TV was a great buy and it was very easy to install. Picture looks great. Grandkids are excited to use it to play our Wii game when they visit our house. Buying at Best Buy was easy and the salesperson was able to answer all of our questions.

    Have had no issues with this unit.. The set-up was very easy the picture has been very good. All and all, TCL makes a very good product. This unit is a 43 . I also have the 32in. and have no issues with.

    Slow response. Today I am at 10 minutes with some audio (Netflix start up Sound) and no picture; Voice and screen out of sync often with the built-in applications. Does not let me know when an app update is happening and therefore the cause of the slowness. Upside - inexpensive when used in a non primary location like a workout room. Good picture. Works well with an hdmi arc soundbar.

    The TCL has a very good picture and a wonderful sound system. I can't get the microphone on the remote to work. The remote does operate the tv very well. We would by another TCL.

    While not perfect, this TV is pretty good, especially considering the price. (We got an open box, so we got it even cheaper.) The speaker is rather poor, so we added the S4210 sound bar and wireless subwoofer (sometimes too bassy) for $80 from a department store a week or two later. At some point we partially lost the Google Voice Command feature within the remote. We cannot easily change the channel by speaking into the remote; our thumb gets a workout by pressing the up or down buttons. It suits our small den very well.

    I was a little reluctant to purchase an off brand television. I have always had big name brands, but funds were short and needed to replace a 10 year old S. Korean television. I am thrilled with this television, picture is great, we use it for movies, shows, and Switch gaming. Once the picture is adjusted properly its beautiful. The sound is OK, though I use surround sound stereo, so my comparison of tv sound to the surround is a little skewed. The earc feature is fantastic, and works well. The remote controller while it is very light and cheap feeling, it works well once you get the hang of it. Would I buy it again? Yes, for sure.
