    Great TV and screen quality is awesome, would have given a five star, but the delivery was the worst I have seen yet (FedEx) left the unit at the street in a rural area on it's face. I had ordered this as a gift for a family member on hospice care and asked for special care on the delivery but it was left at the street. I wish I could post the pictures here. I called Best Buy and got some call center out of the country and left a request for a call back from the store. Got not response so called again and was told that my issue had been resolved, to this day still no call from a rep from Best Buy.
