I’m really impressed with this TCP portable A/C unit! Right out of the box, it was simple to set up and start using — no hassle at all. It cooled the room quickly and efficiently, and it’s definitely powerful enough to keep things comfortable even on hot days. This has been the perfect temporary fix while we get our A/C unit replaced. Great performance, easy to move, and quiet enough to not be a distraction. Highly recommend!

The installation process was okay. The installers pretty much put in bare minimum effort to make sure that the seal was the best it could be. The AC itself surprised me though. I have never used a portable before but due to a time crunch I ordered one so I could start work in fixing my apartment. I didn't expect for this to really cool the majority of the space but it works great. Within 20 minutes the apartment is comfortable when the outside temperature is above 90 degrees with high humidity. I would recommend this to anyone who needs cooling in a pinch without have to deal with wall or window bracket installation.

I purchased this as a hopeful solution to solve the heat issue on the 3rd floor in my townhouse. I have this unit intalled in the master bedroom and I can say this has exceeded my expectations. My nights are alot cooler (which is what i like) and if i keep it running during the day, the entire 3rd floor (which includes 2 additional bedrooms with a full size bath room) is noticeably cooler. For the price you cant beat it. I also have blackout thermal curtains on my third floor and this has really been a game changer with this portable AC unit. It is a bit noisy if you are laying in bed watching tv. I just turn the tv up a bit and im good but it sure as heck beats paying $8K + on a mini split. I did purchase the extended warranty btw

Although the cost was high, the product effectively cools down my high ceiling room within approximately 10 minutes. , not loud like the other more affordable ac I tried

This ac unit has helped us keep the garage cool and comfortable. It was easy to install and came with its own weather stripping.

I have had three different portable ac units and this works far better than the Honeywell and GE models. Very cool and quiet.

Bought this as a replacement ot works great. Very quiet keeps room nice and cold. Definitely recommend.

Great unit! My biggest recommendations is make sure your electrical can support the power. Also note the window kit that comes with it is specific to like a sliding window. I did some customizations to make it work but I’m happy with it. It cools the room down nicely and watching the energy use isn’t bad making it happen. Figuring out how to use the app was tricky, you can’t use the brand name app with it you have to download the smart life app to remote access it but all in all, love it.

Great machine, nice and quiet cool the room really fast. Exhaust vent is nice and sleek.

Sleek, easy to use, and cools a room to a comfortable temperature. We ultimately decided on mini splits instead though.

Cools my 2-bedroom apartment within 30 minutes and gets cold quickly. My only issue is that the duct is loose enough on the back of the unit that I have to use duct tape to seal the edges to prevent hot air from coming back into the room. Otherwise quite happy with this unit.

This unit worked great! Our whole house AC went out during a heat wave and we needed something to get us by until the repair guy could get to us. We have about 2000 sq ft. We put a window unit in the other end of the house. This kept the one side of the house very cool. I liked that the exhaust was small and didn't take up half of the window. I would definitely recommend.

Works well, effectively cools our dining room and living room spaces even during peak heat of the day. Only feature I'd prefer is if the vent fans on top oscillated or could be set at a specified angle, as I've seen on other models.

It cooled down a 600sqft area very quickly during a hot spell in FL when our AC wenr out. It was simple to get set up and start cooling but taking one star off because we could not get it to connect to any bluetooth device, which limits you from leveraging some of the more advanced features.

Cools the sunroom pretty well most of the time. If the temp outside is above 90 and it's sunny, then it doesn't work as well. Too much heat to overcome. The sunroom has lots of windows and skylights.
