Purchased for a small room (288') on the 4th floor. All the heat rises, this unit works well. We do have crank out windows, so we had to purchase a piece of "Lexan for $149" and have the unit vent through a custom made hole, but the end result was well worth every dime.

It was easy to install. Air coming out from it is very cold. It was however difficult to connect to Google home. It took several different attempts. My only issue is that when each cooling cycle starts, the lights flicker despite being on a 20 amp dedicated circuit.

Bought this for my garage. I new it would not be able to cool the whole garage. So I am using it as a "cool me down as I work". It rolls around so I just have it near me and the exhaust duct out the garage door. I took off 1 star as the louvers are in a fixed position. If they were adjustable, I would have given it 5 stars. So far it's a good unit. Also, not too loud.

Love this AC. My bedroom is in an attic so it gets really hot, but this portable AC works wonders. I do have to drain it daily, but it's worth every penny.

Bought this to air condition my entire apartment (1000sqft) Did a surprisingly good job at cooling the place down. It could only drop the room it was in to below 66 degrees but managed to cool the entire apartment down to sub 75 degrees on 90 degree days. Window seal isn’t great and you will need to buy extra weather stripping. Noise could be a bit much if your trying to sleep but it didn’t bother me at all.

This product serves its purpose for us during a heat wave in MA. It is a bit noisy, but the unit cools the bedroom nicely!

Product is working great. After my central ac unit broke, I had to come up with something fast. Installed this unit in a room where my fiance and baby stay cool and away from this summer heat until we fix our big unit.

Had my AC go out in 115 degree heat in an Arizona Summer. Where even at night it's still close to 100 degrees. Bought this at Best buy. Yes it was a bit more than some of them. But this saved me and my German shepherd. In my living room and kitchen, it cooled it to 80 degree's. Keep in mind that my bedroom with no AC stayed at about 107 inside for 2 days. great units. Will recommend to anyone.

I’m super hot every single night until I got this bad boy. Now I sleep comfortably no more night sweats no more waking up with wet sheets. This old girl is a happy camp.

Use it in the living room. Very powerful AC unit. Great value, very well made and does a great job cooling a large living room and adjacent areas.

I love this AC! It cools down my living room and it automatically turn into a fan or shuts off once it reaches the temp you set it on. I love it!

Bought it for upstairs bedroom and for Hurricane season just in case. I like that it includes a dehumidifier. Keeps my room chilly all the way down to 64 degrees.

Good over all unit. Has been working great in my garage for the last couple weeks. Hoping it will hold up under extreme heat waves. Still TBD.

This portable air conditioner is the best I have ever owned. It cools fast and the bonus smart features is very convenient. You can turn off and on on your phone. Highly recommended.

Cools well. Cannot get it to connect to wifi. It replaced an lg that had no problem connecting to the wifi. I tried countless times and it tells me that its the wrong wifi password. Log in to the wifi on something else with the same exact password with no problem. Might be a router settings issue. Im not sure but its frustrating.

I really enjoy the cool air this unit brings. As well as the dehumidifier aspect of it. I like that the description shows you the true btu rating since the switch back in 2017.

The AC works amazing and having the dehumidifier built in is a huge plus to get the humidity out of the air, if you are trying to connect to the app it is a Matters AC, and I believe that it only connect to the home app

It works really well to cool down a small apartment during these hot summer days. Love that it has many features that will be able to be used even when it isn’t summer anymore!

Got it mainly for the price but didnt expect for it to actually cool my entire apartment was surprised to feel how cold it was in my house on the hot sunmer days

it cools very well. hard to install the part that goes in the window. i use it to cool my kitchen and living room.
