I am very pleased with how quickly this unit cools my room even when the outside temperature was over 90 degrees. Working in my over-the-garage office is wonderful now!

Works perfectly in our basement...we had to purchase a vent extension, but that was just to fit our window. It was a life saver.

Very easy setup. All that i needed was included. Connected it to my wifi and now I can control it from anywhere around the house.

Easy install, effective for cooling large spaces. Currently using it in a large room with high ceilings and it impressively does the job.

It cools off a room in a hurry. The only thing is that it can get some condensation on the lid if run for a prolonged period of time.

Cools very good, and it shots off when it reaches it's target temperature, so it helps save money too.

Well built, great features, easy to operate, easy to install. Everything you want in a portable air conditioner. The only thing that was a bit of an issue but NOT really a negative was the weight of the AC and having to carry it up to the second floor. Other than that, it’s a gem of an air conditioner. In a few minutes you can begin to cool down your environment. The window opening was of short height using the included window adjustable frame to which you attach the retractable tubing which allows to exhaust moisture out. Follow the instructions on how to position the tubing so you get the best results in condensation moving out and about to which it will help keep the AC in great working condition. Features which I love are the on/off timer. When you’re in a rush and you can’t remember to shut down your AC, setting the timer the night before to shut off by a certain hour Can help reduce costs. Having the timer set to begin cooling before your arrival back home/office can be welcoming. You can also control your unit as it comes wifi enabled. Another favorite feature is the ability control the leavers. You can set to fixed or to oscillate and as it’s oscillating you can stop it at a certain point to allow for airflow to continue in a static position. When shutting down the unit, there’s a countdown from 20-0 seconds and the leavers shut gently during the countdown. This allows for keeping the unit from gathering dust, from particles falling in and helping to keep it clean. Remember to clean out your filters and replace then to allow for the unit to continue to work properly. You should install the unit so you have space around it so it can have air flowing around its perimeter to keep the unit from overheating. There’s a sleep button feature also which is very useful. The unit comes with permanent indents on either side to make it easier to lift it. You can raise and lower the temperature the unit puts on using the remote control included or manually by pushing buttons on the top panel of the unit. The AC comes in slow, fast and auto speeds. You can select to use the AC as a dehumidifier but you need to use the hose it comes with to allow for the humidity in the room being extracted by the unit to flow out of the unit. The sound the unit puts out while on, I would consider average, not too quiet, not too noisy. I would recommend this air conditioner.

Used in an unfinished garage with poor insulation, and it really made a difference on the hottest days.

Bit of a pain to hook up but keeps the upstairs at a great temperature.

I loved it! It works perfectly and cools down any area swiftly. It also is not as loud as I thought.
