Product works good keeps it cool in the house and it’s quite

We love it and thinking of buying a new one. It has kept our room cold and dry.

Been using this since the day we bought it. It's pretty well cooling 2 rooms.

Good so far, but electric bill went way up. Gave it a thee because I do not know how long it will last. Last one this size, [1200 BTU Media] only lasted one summer.

It works fine but doesn’t seem to cool much better than the 350sqft insignia I purchased last year and I constantly have to drain in. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but my insignia I haven’t had to change a single time

The TCL - 450 Sq. Ft. 10,000 BTU 3-in-1 Smart Portable Air Conditioner - White offers cooling, dehumidifying and fan functions all-in-one. Being able to move it from room to room as needed by rolling it from one spot to the next and easily changing the window location the vent is in offers a lot of flexibility. I have an attic space that was converted into a living space and is not vented to the central air system, so this unit is perfect for this situation. I needed something that can cool a 400 sq ft space in the summer and this unit is perfect for that. It runs quiet, is energy efficient and has a nice aesthetic in a room. I like having some background noise in a room and this unit does a great job for that. Sometimes I just need some air movement so being able to use this as just a fan when that's all I need is great! The unit arrived well packaged and feels well-made. It is around 70 lbs. so you'll want to be a little careful getting it into the house or moving it from one floor to another. I'm getting a bit older now and didn't want to try hauling it up a flight of stairs by myself. Once it's there though it moves easily on the included wheels from room to room. You can connect the unit to the internet and control it via an app you can install on your phone. It also includes a handheld remote that works without having an internet connection and lets you control the unit from across the room which is nice! Being able to set a timer and have the unit shut off when not needed is a nice feature for my smaller space that I only go into occasionally.

It is very loud, and I find that in the heat, it does not cool the room as I would like it to. And my electricity bill has shot through the roof!

The TCL 10,000 BTU Smart Portable Air Conditioner works amazing. Install can be a hassle if you need it in a place with no windows. In my case I installed it in my garage. Yes, the garage does get extremely hot, yet this air conditioner makes it possible to work out in the garage. For the set up I got I needed additional items not included in the box but overall, the box comes with all things needed for an install inside a room with windows. It is very quiet and powerful. Can be bulky so you will need a place where it will not be in the way. Lowest temperature setting I could put down to was 64 but yet it's cold enough for my needs and i am sure it will be perfect for a small room. Not included in the box is a water hose for continuous drip however, it does come with a smaller piece of tubing that can be used for the drip line. I would totally recommend this air conditioner for whatever you need is as long as it is not too big of an area. The smart capability does allow for app use so that is always a plus. Very happy with it and it cools my area as i need.

Dont love the top fed ventilation also dont belive its a good quality as the fedders i teplaced after maybe 7 years

I live in a loft in a very humid city and purchased this unit to use in my bedroom after researching several. Set up was easy and the unit performed beautifully for approximately three weeks at which point the compressor stopped turning on and only the fan was working - thus no cold air. I called Best Buy customer support and was told I would need to return the unit to a store. I hauled this heavy thing to my local Best Buy only to be told that I was outside the two week return time frame and I would need to address the issue with the manufacturer. Gee. Thanks. So needless to say, I now have a $400 fan in my room and am still hot. Thank goodness the summer is ending.
