I'm not tech saavy and this tv was a breeze to set up and use. The menus are very easy to navigate. Everything you could want access to is already on it: Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, and more. It's not heavy and cumbersome. The picture and sound was fine in my opinion. There were enough inputs for multiple game systems or whatever things you may want to connect. The price was right. I am very happy with this purchase.

Love my new TV. Got home hooked up the base, updated the firmware without any problems. I tested it out with a movie and PS4 gameplay works perfectly with nice crystal clear picture. This was my first smart tv and for the price there wasn't any second choices for me.

My first TCL product and so far impressed, especially nice picture for the price. Having the built in Roku makes streaming easy, nice selection of channels available.

TCL TVs have known to be good. Many in my family own TCL and have been extremely satisifed. 4 starts since the shipping on this TV was really slow. Otherwise its a great product

A ROKU tv I use in my back yard! Between and HD antenna and the ROKU I have everything I need to tailgate on a SUNDAY! Great deal!

This was a decent TV until about 2-weeks ago. When I turned on the TV, there was a message saying that the network was not connected. So I began trying to reconnect the TV to my network. However, as the TV tried to find my network, it would suddenly shut itself off completely before I could finish the setup. I have tried various fixes that are outlined on the manufacturer's support site as well as some others that I found on forums, but nothing has worked. I am very frustrated, especially since I was happy with it up until this point. A TV that only lasts 6-months is pretty ridiculous. I will never purchase a TV made by TCL again.

I purchased this TV from Best Buy's website after reading many positive reviews. I picked the TV up on a Thursday, took it home and within a few minutes of setting it up it restarted itself. Thinking it was part of the process, I didn't think much of it. After a couple of days however, it was to the point where I could not even get through the startup process without the TV restarting itself. It did it 4 times in 2 minutes the morning I finally packed up this large item and hauled it back to the store. Return process was smooth but beware of this TV!

The price was awesome but the picture is not. You have to select satellite tv every single time you turn the tv on or else you dont have a picture. It's annoying. I contacted Best Buy via email to exchange it and they never responded. We had it up for two days and put it back in the box. Waste of money if I can't take it back.

The price and built in ROKU streaming device are the reasons I bought this TV. It is a great value. The down side is that the picture quality is good but not great. Specifically--the black levels are not the greatest . I bought the tv from best buy and it arrived on time. I set it up by myself--but to be safe and avoid an accidental drop while putting on the legs/stand--i recommend two people put it together. But aside from that--it was easy to setup and use. I feel good about my purchase and I would buy this TV again.

i got this as a gift and i thought it wasnt going to be that great. but it really suprised me. as my first smart tv i thought it would be hard to setup but itwas remarkably easy. the remote it comes with is basic but is easy to use and handy. it has multiple hdmi inputs and a usb so i connected my xbox, ps4, and ps3. the picture quaillty is great and sound is mediocre but is decent.
