Note that every time I make this type of purchase I end up feeling extremely guilty and immediately have regrets. That was not the case for this one! The colors are incredible the size is perfect. Not too big and not too small. Sound system is perfect. Highly recommend this TV to TV buyers. Using it in the bedroom and it is great

It has several features that are missing from other lower price TVs. Picture quality is excellent and the sound is also excellent without a sound bar. 4K picture quality very realistic. Again, picture quality very close to the most expensive brands.

Solid cheap set

There are some parts in some shows/movies where the color looks a little off at first but it is pretty random and I guess you just stop noticing it at some points. If you can get it for a really good price ($450 or less) and budget is important than go for it. If you can spend an extra $100 it might be better to go with one of the bigger name brands, even if you lose a bit on the size.

Amazing value

I have a built in entertainment center and the 49" set fit perfectly in the old tube space. Hooked up an Xbox one x for true 4k and her and I'm certainly not disappointed. I've used a bunch of roku models but the built in functionality with this set is way better than the versions I had before. Killer value, very good quality screen, roku is still the best streaming device

TCLs are awesome TVs!

We love the fact that all we had to do was connect to our cable via Wi-Fi and we are watching Comcast via the streaming app! Entire setup is great - easy to configure for 1st time use and great picture as well as sound. When we need another tv we will definitely be looking at another TCL.
