We researched this TV before buying and compared it to others in its class. We were upgrading from an LG flat screen that was about 12 years old! The on-screen tools are easy to use. Setup was easy-breezy. Connecting to our phones, our accounts with Netflix, Hulu, etc were simple.

This is my first TCL. I bought this for my bedroom and its perfect. I use it to stream. Works quickly. Occasionally have to back out of app but I think it's an app issue. Picture is flawless. The color is amazing! Using a soundbar as sound was a little low. I like this tv better than my main tv.

Well it's my first 4k t.v. by itself the picture is very lackluster on the other hand if you have an Xbox one to utilize the Dolby vision or on Netflix or Amazon it turns into a 500-800$ picture it's a steal to get Dolby vision capability on this average 4k tv. Game of Thrones, infinity War, Red Dead 2 look absolutely fantastic

This is my second TCL TV of this size, 49". The first one I bought to watch outdside around my firepit. This one is a newer version. Overall they are very easy to use and navigate. Setup is very easy. I can't think of any reason why someone would spend more money for the same size tv when the picture on this is as good as it is.

A little skeptical about buying a brand I hadn’t heard of before but love that Roku is already in the tv. Excellent picture, easy set up, sound not so great but that seems to be all TVs today. I do have low hearing issues. Ended up getting a sound bar for that. Would definitely buy again!

I bought this TV for our bonus room, and for the money, it can't be beat. Dolby Vision and HDR10 in a set this cheap? Yes! The backlighting is not the most uniform (white and grey screens), but it is not noticeable when watching TV. The Roku is unmatched in simplicity, and if you are a gamer, do not hesitate to buy this TV!

After hearing so much about TCL TV's over the years, I finally decided to purchase one. After viewing the display at the store, I was sold. TV shows amazing pictures and the built in speakers aren't too bad either. I love the built in Roku as well.

It's great, Not that expensive price tag and a beautiful tv with good color and details. HDR is also a bonus ! I have an xbox one x which along with the tv is a perfect combo. Pretty enjoyable with all the series out there in 4k and games as well.

Awesome TV for the price, and was the perfect size for our bedroom. The specs are good, nothing to special but I do not need the top of the line for what will predominately be used for netflix and hulu. Also the roku makes the tv super simple to use

I bought this TV as a dedicated gaming TV based on web reviews. It has very low input lag so is very suitable for a gaming TV, but I was concerned about picture quality. Don’t be concerned. This TV has a great picture! But be aware that you have to dig into the picture menu to reduce brightness and contrast, otherwise the picture looks completely washed out. When I first bought it I was very disappointed, but a little messing around in the picture menu and it looks great. Be aware that the provided “bright, normal, and dark” automatic picture settings do not effect the brightness and contrast. At least on my TV. Had to go into the detailed picture menu to lower the brightness and contrast. I got this on Black Friday at a steal, but even at regular price it’s a great deal, highly recommended for gaming or TV watching or streaming. Looks awesome in 4K!

I needed a smart tv for my bedroom under 50” and this tv has exceeded expectations. The picture quality is excellent and the built-in Roku tv is perfect for me since I have streaming tv instead of satellite or cable. Great value for under $350!

Purchased this TV as part of a bundle with an Xbox One S. The TV is extremely thin and light. Picture quality is amazing. I upgraded from a circa 2010 Vizio TV. This TV has HDR10 and DOBLY Vision. Built in Roku TV streamlines the watching experience

So far, I have had no issues with this tv. Very good picture quality for the price, simple design and a lot of smart applications. Works great with my Xbox one x and ps4 pro making my games look excellent with hdr and 4K capabilities.

Like most other TVs in this price range, the picture is nice and the sound is kind of garbage, but that's okay since it's easy to pair with a soundbar. The remote needs a line of sight to work with the TV. Whether you find that annoying is up to you, I suppose.

So far so good. The picture is very good and the price was right. The Roku feature is easy to use and works well. The only slight problem that I have noticed is that the sound could be better, but that seems to be a problem with all TVs.

I bought this 4K tv for my bedroom. I needed a tv with native streaming aps on the tv or able to download to the tv. This tv was the best tv available at the price point. It has 4K with true HDR Dolby Vision. And this tv makes cord cutting easy.

Nice picture, easy setup. I'm using it mainly for Xbox and OTA antenna reception. It get's the job done with no fuss. I sort of wish there were numeric buttons on the remote so I could direct tune to stations, but at this price I can live with the minor inconvenience.

Very pleased with the quality of sound and picture. Have noticed that at times picture could be a little crisper. This could probably be remedied by purchasing a more expensive TV. Size is perfect. I am Impressed at how light it is.

I just needed an entry level TV for my bedroom that’s designed for steaming and gaming while not going over the budget. It’s got all of the apps that I use preinstalled and with no lag, and the picture quality is exceptional for an entry level tv.

The picture on this TV is incredible especially considering the price point. This rivals TVs that are double the price. The sticker however is the speakers. They were absolute trash. If you don't already have a sound bar or other external speaker set you run all the time these speakers are a nonstarter. It didn't matter if you were watching a movie or just a random TV show, they were garbage. For a small bedroom TV this wouldn't be a huge issue, but for our main TV this was not going to work so we ended up returning it for a different brand and model. With that said, the picture is amazing and the Roku setup is easy and convenient. If you already have an external speaker set-up this is a great TV for the money.
