Very good TV especially for the sale price. Great quality and good picture, just wish the picture would be a little brighter. Overall nice tv, very light, good and simple design.

It’s not a BAD TV, infact, it’s acceptable. The screen is a bit dim for my liking, the processor is a little slow, the built in speakers aren’t the best, and the remote feels a bit cheap. If you can get the Hisense equivilent of this panel do it. If not, it’s not bad given how cheap the TV is. This is fine for a guest room, rental property, kids bedroom, or even your bedroom if you don’t care that much. This is NOT a living room or home theater TV.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Walked into my room to find the black part of the TV screen just hanging from the TV which in turn cracked the screen. The screen is just held on by sticky tape. Best Buy won't replace and TCL factory warranty won't stand behind their faulty product and offer a replacement. Never even got to use the TV before this happened!!! Don't waste your money and then waste more by having to take it to the dump.

We have been purchasing TCL UHD TVs for a few years now. They are the go to replacements for the old or no longer working TVs that we've had in the past. For being a lower market TV they are dependable, easy to navigate, and simple to set up. You do have to spend a little bit of time getting the picture to the best quality, but all in all it's a great TV. we live in an area where we don't have cable options so the Roku TV with fiber internet is the way to go. I think the first one I bought was 4 years ago now and it's still working like the day I bought it. Keep making great low cost TVs TCL!

This TV may not be the best on the market, but it has an amazing picture and does a fantastic job streaming. I replaced a 14 year old 40" with this TV and I am pleased that I made the jump. I have mine paired to a soundbar, so no comment on sound quality. I mounted it on the wall, which was easy (one I had an outlet where I wanted in the wall) due to the light weight and VESA mounts. I really like using the remote for TV, streaming and my soundbar (which is TCL brand).

We love our new TV. We decided to cut the cable in our house. Our cable provider raised their rates for the third time this year and we said, enough! We researched Roku smart TV's online. We are very happy with our purchase. There are so many viewing choices that are free or charge a small fee to enjoy. The TV has beautiful resolution. The screen size is perfect for us. It was very easy to set up. We returned to Best Buy to purchase the kit needed to connect our DVD player to the TV and that also was very easy. Our DVD player is an older model. If you have a newer one, you probably would not need a kit as the TV has many ports that have access to any player. We're very happy with this TV and would definitely purchase again.

Impressive tv for price. 4K and smooth. Had no issues setting up and using for Xbox game play. Great value for price and easy to mount and navigate. Highly recommend.

I really like this TV a lot. The picture is very good and I like the Roku interface. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because power board broke after about 2 years and 2 months. It should last longer than that. I was able to figure out the problem and get a replacement power board for a reasonable cost, so the TV is up and running great again. I hope mine is not the norm and others last longer.

This television is hands down, a great buy! It's very user friendly and by that I mean that all of the features are easily understood. I would also state that it has a great picture quality. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a dependable and excellent Television.
