It's very user friendly and by that I mean that all of the features are easily understood. I would also state that it has a great picture quality. These tvs seem to get a bad name however have not had a problem with this one or previous purchased almost 2 years ago. Son is 18 got it for an upgrade for him from a 32” samsung. According to him the TCL is way better with his Ps5. If he is happy im happy with the purchase.

Audio is fine but with no video the unit is useless. Tried everything including factory reset (available button on back) to no avail. Didn't cost much but now it's time to get something better. Was having trouble with Roku software update 14 and I have a 43in TCL Roku TV. Holding my breath since it's a year older than this TV.

The picture quality has surprised me and whilst the sound isn't blowing me away I wouldn't expect it to for a TV at this price point. The Roku TV is great and it was very easy to connect the sound bar which has made the sound a non-issue. Very happy overall.

Only issue I have had so far is Apple Air Play does not always work. Takes a few gos to get it working. Picture is really clear.

Great picture and very easy to setup. All are still working fine by the way. One in the living room, one in the bedroom and one in the Lanai. Will definitely keep buying the TCL brand. Had much more expensive Samsung tvs that I could only get two to three years out of at best. Never again.

Bought this for my parents to replace an old 1080p tv with an aging Roku stick and they're amazed at the picture difference, even the grandkids like it because it has 60hz refresh for gaming when they come over.
