I’ve has this tv now for over a year and it still works as well as it did on the first day. Love how it has all the apps loaded on the tv. Great sound, great picture, great value! I don’t know who makes this brand and I really don’t’ care this tv works better than my Vizio that I paid probably 3x as much for.

Great price and satisfied with the TV picture quality and sound, so far. AFTER purchasing online, I noticed that 20% of the reviews were only 1-star. I became concerned and considered cancelling order. Contacted TCL with my concerns via email and they promptly responded and informed me of the 1-year warranty. I felt more secure about the purchase and did not cancel my order. Now 3 months of use and the directional arrows on TCL-Roku remote stopped working so after a phone call with TCL customer support and an EXTENSIVE review of any possible issues, they agreed it was not working and are sending me a new remote. Such a pain for something so simple and basic to any TV (the remote). Bottom line, there is a reason why it is so cheaply priced. I just hope the TV itself does not have an issue and, if it does, that it occurs before the 1-year warranty is up.

Great for the price! No real issues with quality. Super easy set up; super lightweight. The Roku is excellent. Only issue is side viewing - as has been reviewed before. You lose a little crispness and brightness when viewing from a sharper side angle. But from straight on, in dark or light rooms, the picture is great and you can't beat the price.

Beautiful TV with crisp picture and easy navigation. Would have given it 5 stars but it broke in 6 months. Never had a TV break that fast. Now we are without a TV until the warranty department tell us what they’re going to do about it. If there is a favorable outcome, I’ll upgrade my review to 5 stars

I love TCL TVs with Roku built-in, they are just so simple to use. Picture quality is good and sound is decent being that it’s just plain TV sound. You aren’t getting the BEST picture but it’s certainly a good one for the price.

Bought this Roku TV for a larger one in the bedroom, so easy to setup and picture is great! Sound quality could be better, just purchased a soundbar to enhance to sound quality. Love the Roku system, so easy to operate and select your streaming choices. I would recommend!

Perfect size for my living room! I've never had a problem with this television and since it's smart I get to use my streaming services.

We purchased this TV in Nov of 2022, in August of 2025, it no longer had a picture. You can hear what is going on, but you can't see anything. Seeing as this is less than 3 years old, I can't recommend this, Worked great until now.

Very decent TV considering the price. Picture and sound quality were surprisingly great! 4k looks awesome here. I use my google nest to operate the TV sometimes. All of the channels that I need are available here unlike some better branded ones.

I really like this TV. It was perfect for our master bedroom. Great operating system, nice picture quality and good sound. My only criticism is sometimes i have to align the remote more towards the TV sensor but its no biggie for the price.

Not heavy or bulky, very light, easy to handle. Clear quality of picture. Roku is always a plus for me. I really enjoy watching the free live streaming stations that comed with this particular TV.

Needed a new tv for an extra room. This fit the bill perfectly. Roku built in was a great addition. No extra devices needed. Nice clear picture and my sound bar hooked up to it easily.

Good tv. Sometimes glitches and just turns off for no reason. Picture quality is good.

Bought this for our sons room and fit perfect for the space he needed it in and the price was the best part not to mention the great picture quality !! Would definitely buy again !!

i was surprised how good the quality was for how cheap it was . i enjoy the build in roku it has all the channels i will ever need . reliable tv in my opinion!

I can't get over how good this TV is for the price. I bought it right after i upgraded my living room TV to a high end Sony. This TV was for a bedroom. So I had that to compare pretty close. This TV is probably 95% of what the higher end TV is. In terms of streaming I would say 99%. You have to realize that most streaming content isn't output in these high end formats that TVs produce. So really you end up with a high end TV playing content at a lower end. I'm sold on never buying a high end TV again for my situation. If you do not play blu-rays or ps5 gaming, this TCL is perfect. Even if you do those things, you probably won't be disappointed anyway.

Worked for six months then just stops, TCL has been great so far with answering questions, but it has yet to be resolved. But before then, great picture!

I purchased this TCL Class-4 50" TV to replace an aging 43" 720P Sharp Aquos purchased in 2008. The picture is bright and clear. Slightly uneven around the perimeter, but not unexpected at this price point. The sound is disappointing. The two small down-firing speakers sound hollow. My old Sharp has four front facing speakers, and sounded significantly better. I subsequently purchased a Vizio M21d-H8 sound bar to go along with the TCL TV. Much better.
