Disappointing Purchase

It mounted and I have to go through this process all over again. Sad Not to mention I often had a problem with the sound.

TCL 50" 4K HDR Roku Smart Review

I have been a Samsung loyal customer only buying Samsung TV's for the past 10+ years and this is my firs non-Samsung TV and I am absolutely thrilled with the picture quality and sound is no different than my most recent Samsung's which have been lacking lol.

I wanted a Roku remote to match the one my grandma was already used to. It's been almost a year and it looks and works very well

The only issue I’ve had was that the screen has frozen maybe twice. Overall, the picture and sound quality have both been great.

Its a big upgrade from the smaller non smart tv theyve been using. I was able to seamlessly hook up their Playstation and Nintendo without a problem. This unit is very kid friendly, functional, and holds a good picture.

The quality is pretty good, colors are bright once we changed the settings. We can actually watch TV during the day, which we couldn't with our last TV, due to the large windows in our living room. The sound could be better, we used to watch at 12-15 volume and now it seems like we have to be at 18-22 volume. Overall, we are happy with our purchase as we got a great deal.
