The TV started to have issues with turning on a few months in. I followed up with my warranty and was able to get the TV replaced. Have not had any problems since.

Love the tv. It is a nice size and has Goole too. Which is a great feature .

I have only had this tv for less than a week, but I do like the picture quality. It was more time consuming to set up than the other tv's that I own. I have an LG sound bar, so I connected it to the HDMI arc on the tv. I direct connected my DirecTV box to HDMI 2. The sound when I am watching it that way is very good. The quirky part is, despite having the sound bar directly connected to the tv, when I use a streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, Prime Video, or Disney (which are built into the tv), there is no sound through the soundbar. I have to turn the sound bar off and listen through the tv speakers. I have a digital audio cable connected as well, but when I disconnect the HDMI arc cable to use it, there is no way to turn off the tv speakers. If I could resolve that issue, I would feel better about the tv and rate it higher.

Average TV that is somewhat difficult to use. The remote control is ok and the plug in is too short. I would go with a different brand in the same price range.

Excellent tv great quality picture sound easy to use setup

This is the dumbest smart TV I can imagine. The software is just incredibly slow and buggy and it is definitely not an issue with my internet connection. By way of example, selecting an app with the remote seems to show the app is selected - you can see it is “pressed” on the screen - but then nothing happens. It just sits there, doing nothing. Another example - every once in a while, for no reason whatever, the TV will start flashing from black to gray to black to gray, almost like it is in a restart loop or something. Only pulling the power plug will stop it from doing that. I just hate this thing and really wish I’d held out for the Roku TCL TV I wanted. Truth be told, when I was in my local Best Buy I told the salesperson I wanted that one and didn’t realize I ended up with the Google version until I got home. So I’m the dummy for not just returning it. I suppose I figured a company like Google would have the capability of building a decent smart TV. I was wrong. To sum it up - just buy anything else. Or buy this and a Roku streaming stick.

This is the best TV ever. There are no glares, works well, and I got it for a cheaper price than if I were to get it somewhere else. I’ve had the TV for over a year and I haven’t had any problems.

I love this tv. The quality is great for the price. The only complaint I have is how finicky the remote it. It’s very reactive, which is great except my dogs for some reason have remote radar and always bump it! But that’s a personal problem, so 5 stars!

For the price, this is a very nice smart tv. Big, bright, decently sturdy. It was an even more attractive deal during the recent Presidents' Day sale, when it was $40 off. It was a complete pain in the behind trying to buy multiple units for our business but that's not a reflection on the quality of the item, just Best Buy's ordering process.

I bought this tv for my husband outdoor man cave and he loves it. We have 2 more TCL tvs so that speaks for itself you cant go wrong. And no issues at all.
