Additionally, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty. Anazing quality

I can say it has an amazing dispay. Beautiful colors and great brightness. I 100% recommend it especially over a regular uhd.

No power cord or remote or anything, making the product useless. Waste of time and money.

Bad investment.

At least once within a two-hour span, the sound will go out and is replaced by high pitched screeching like smoke alarm. I have to get up and unplug the television. All but once this fixed the problem. Secondly, the television pushes me out of one app to the Home Screen. Nets, prime, HBO, Showtime, etc. television does not discriminate.

Worked well until it didn't

Sound, or lack thereof

It would work for a few hours and then no sound, or badly distorted sound. Called support and they said reset the tv, which I had done twice previously. Luckily, my wife recorded the distortion, and said we should return it. We decided to go with a Samsung this time. So far so good.

Don’t buy for sports streaming!

I have this streaming in my basement and there are two golf balls flying into the green and you cannot see the football flying through the air. I have an Amazon fire tv in the bedroom and that is 50x better than this piece of junk. It works fine to stream a workout and the interface is decent but horrendous for sports

You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!
