Not very customer friendly, especially for an older citizen who is in his 80,s, Would like some assistance that relates to my stage of life. After all, I bought the thing. Maybe someone could give me and my wife a quick "this is how to get the most out of it" session or two. Great picture. Just need to know how to get the "great picture" that I want.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet. The Roku mobile app works as a remote and allows you to access additional features like voice search, private listening, expert picture settings, and more. Hope this helps & happy viewing!

Turns out it ain’t too bad, so long as I remember to extend my electricity bill out to the next pay period.
