I didn’t have a good experience with this TV. The picture quality was not smooth, and while watching sports, fast-moving scenes showed motion blur and duplicate images (such as seeing multiple balls). Several display settings were locked and could not be adjusted. I tried resetting the TV and the operating system multiple times, but the issue persisted. I eventually returned it and replaced it with an Insignia Fire TV, which has been working well so far.

I got the insignia 43” last January Tv died 12/12/24 didn’t even make a full year factory warranty says I’m covered Best Buy gave me a hard time on replacing it. Now that I have a replacement the new Tv TCL 50” I’m already having problems with the Tv it pauses every 10 minutes picture gets frozen

Ordered as a Christmas present. Finally got it up and plugged it in to see the screen in photo. Last tv I got from the store screen was shattered when I opened the box at home. I took it back and had them open another box and it was shattered as well. Please make sure you are I inspecting and plugging in before even starting.

I have 6 TCL TVs all very satisfactory, reliability excellent so far oldest set 7 years without issue, all great picture and sound quality, perhaps some issues like viewing from extreme side view but minor issue since rarely viewing from that angle, my largest is 55" and very lightweight if need to move the set, overall very happy with picture and sound. This QLED TV my first all others LED TVs this set has noticeable difference in brightness, color depth and a more realistic picture, seems I can jump right in! I can really see facial complexions clearly one minor issue is I noticed some older films grainy, this TV designed to display high quality modern produced media yet the issue is so minor since most films today are being remastered for digital quality, overall I feel with all my TCL TVs this QLED performs the best yet all are excellent. The price is a real help. Beautiful display quality TVs like these for these low low prices are a real help these days, thanks TCL for delivering a fine product. One last thing I needed phone customer service a couple times with set up or preference settings and they were right on the ball top notch help without waiting! Impressed. If your on the fence go for it you'll be happy, especially for under 200 dollars!

Price: I purchased 2 of these last week when they went on sale for $279. You can't getting a better QLED with this quality anywhere else. While updating the TVs today I noticed that Best Buy was having a 1 hour sale and the TVs had dropped down to $199!!! Thank you Best Buy for the price match and the best price! Capabilities: Since this is a Fire TV it works perfectly with my Alexa devices. I can even turn it on using just my voice when enabling the option in the settings. This replaces my TCL Google TV that was not compatible with some of my smart devices, and was not QLED. Quality: TCL has been on the rise for years. I've had their other products including their phones (TCL 10 Pro and TCL 10L). They're often compared to Samsung in terms of quality and I agree. Top notch!

Good picture but the HDR is saturated and the menu response is extremely slow and the backlight grid is visible. Decent buy for $250.

The TCL Q5-Series 50" is an excellent TV for the money. The QLED display delivers bright, vivid colors and great contrast, especially with HDR content. The built-in Fire TV makes streaming super easy, and setup took just a few minutes. Sound quality is decent, though adding a soundbar makes it even better. For movies, sports, and everyday streaming, this TV looks fantastic and feels like a premium model at a budget price. Highly recommend!

Great picture., esp. for price. Agree with others that the Fire OS is very cluttered, confusing and painfully slow. Have skipped it altogether and connected to ROKU stick. Clean and very responsive on ROKU. Would only recommend if on deep discoinunt sale. Opt for ROKU OS.(Unless you are a big Amazon fan)

Amazing Tv with excellent colors and the price extremely Reasonable.

Great picture, very easy set up. Easy to navigate through menus. We have two other TCL tvs and they give excellent value for the money. This one sent in he bedroom and is used daily.
