    I bought this tv for a great friend. He was watching a 24" 1080p tv and was happy. When he got this tv. He was ecstatic. He absolutely loves his new tv.

    For some reason the picture quality feels like a hotel TV kind of oversaturated and not so clear. Everything else is perfect. It does the trick but I think I should have waited until Black Friday or something.

    Only problems are 3 hmdi port (one of the acr) and no option to anchor CC to Bottem of screen

    bought tv less than a year and sound just stops working from time to time and I have to plug the tv out to get it to work again. Also has very slow response time

    This tv is impossible to get rid of that “soap opera effect”. Everything you watch that has any bit of movement, makes you feel like you’re on the movie set watching it and I don’t mean that in a good way. Anything with action, and it’s like the cameraman is having a seizure. It just shakes uncontrollably. I’ve tried going into the settings to change anything that looks like it would fix it, nothing works. I emailed TCL almost 3 weeks ago, no response other than “give us 24 hours”. They’ve had over 400 hours to get back to me. Also, the internal speakers this thing has, atrocious. I bought a sound bar and the audio is off by like half a second. There’s an audio delay setting in the tv, useless like the other settings. I had a TCL before and had no issue. Went with their “higher end” and it was a waste of money.

    The tv we received was used. The box was torn in several places and taped together. There was no power cord and it was missing screws for the legs. There was no paper work with it. The man I talked to about it was not an American. His english was not good. I don't think we will be buying anything from Best Buy again. The product was probably ok , but the company [Best Buy] was not
