    We got the TV home and hooked it all up and it would turn on for a second and then the screen went blank. Tried troubleshooting measures to no avail. We returned the next day. One star is too many.

    Had to return it, only half a screen was visible. Very disappointing since it was a gift for a family member. Got my refund.

    Shouldve Bought TCL ROKU !!!!!

    This tv blows. Don’t know how I missed that this wasn’t a ROKU. I have multiple TCL ROKU tvs and they’re amazing. This sucks. Can’t get about 3 or 4 or the main apps that I usually use because google does’t support them. Trash. Buy something else…

    Damaged item, poor service.

    Item delivered damaged. The screen was damaged directly out of the package. Poor customer service when returned. Multiple employees needed to inspect the damaged item before they finally approved return. My overall experience with this transaction and product were not satisfactory.

    This TV has very low quality, especially when I play games, it works very poorly, and the sound is also poor quality.

    I wrote a letter about being accused of buying this TV taking it home , busting the screen and returning it for a replacement. The TV was damaged before putting it in the box. Never again!!!

    Google software is not good.

    The TV is great but the Google TV software doesn't seem to like the Fox News channel. I keep having to restart the program after about 20 to 25 minutes. The TV just crashes back to the apps screen.

    Got the TV as a Christmas gift for my parents and when we unboxed it and set it up the TV didn’t work at all. They sent us a bad TV. So yeah very disappointed.

    50 inch tv is only 44.

    It says it’s 50 inches…it’s in fact, 44 inches. How is this legal?? I don’t like being manipulated.

    It's only been 3 weeks but I am extremely happy with this TV. Coming from a 15 y/o 42" LED TV to this is hilarious now...the picture and sound are miles ahead, and for under $300...I'll take it all day...thus far I would highly recommend this product.

    Wow, what a buy for the price. I bought this TV mainly as a gaming monitor, and my other family member use it to watch streaming apps and local antenna channels, sometimes casting via airplay. This TV handles all my family needs and does very well. For gaming, the game master feature automatically show up and every gaming features such as ALLM, VRR are all managed automatically. PS5/Xbox runs at 120hz smoothly. This TV even allow my gaming desktop to run beyond 120hz. (244hz I think) For streaming apps, the tv has no problem playing 4k dolby vision/atmos, HDR10+ high resolution movies. (it supports hands-free voice control, to open apps, control playback options via voice) Finally, my parents like to watch local antenna channels. We just hook up an antenna receiver (like 20bucks to get one), and connect to TV, did a channel search and found over 50+ free channels! Overall very happy with the purchase.

    We had a 3 year old Samsung TV before this. The user interface and streaming was basically unusable, we had to use an Apple TV. This TCL TV is absolutely amazing. The Google TV interface is so smooth and fast. The streaming speed and quality is so great we dont need the Apple TV anymore. I can control everything with my phone using Google Home. Would highly recommend.
