Supposed to be a new TV. Literally no bottom to the box. Let’s be clear my review is for a Best Buy not TCL. Not sure what happened here but I paid for a new TV. I think I was given a display model based on the packaging.

I have had this TV for over a year now and I absolutely love it. You cannot beat the quality it provides for the price that it is offered at. I must say that it easily meets or exceeds what is offered by name brands of a comparable model. The picture is great, and it is extremely simple to use. I like the Roku platform as an operating system, which I’ve never used before, I am very pleased by it. My only complaint is that the standard Roku remote does not allow you to enter channel numbers as you would on a standard cable or TV remote. I think that it is ridiculous and makes it cumbersome as you cannot select a desired TV channel without scrolling the guide. Other than that it’s fantastic for all applications and streaming services. They all run perfectly on here As do many types of equipment I’ve hooked up to it ranging from surround sound dvd combo units PS4, Nintendo Switch and laptop casting as well as iPhone. I’m very pleased that I could get a higher level TV at a more affordable price than what I was willing to spend Thanks to TCL.
