Do better Best Buy

Let’s be clear my review is for a Best Buy not TCL. Not sure what happened here but I paid for a new TV. I think I was given a display model based on the packaging.

Good for two years before any problem
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV about two years ago it has been great up to this point but now the sound is garbled. I have a Bose sound system connected to it and turns it off to see if that fixed it and it didn’t so I searched and found this and it worked. Re: Sound Distorted TCL TV I have a similar problem periodically with my TCL Roku TV. The only “fix” I have found is to unplug the TV from the wall outlet, wait about 10 seconds, plug it back in and turn the TV back on. The sound returns to normal... for awhile. Obviously there is a problem that TCL needs to address. Re: Sound Distorted TCL TV Turning volume node off worked for me. Thanks
