Bought this TV about two years ago it has been great up to this point but now the sound is garbled. I have a Bose sound system connected to it and turns it off to see if that fixed it and it didn’t so I searched and found this and it worked. Re: Sound Distorted TCL TV I have a similar problem periodically with my TCL Roku TV. The only “fix” I have found is to unplug the TV from the wall outlet, wait about 10 seconds, plug it back in and turn the TV back on. The sound returns to normal... for awhile. Obviously there is a problem that TCL needs to address. Re: Sound Distorted TCL TV Turning volume node off worked for me. Thanks

Great television...great ease to use...nice picture

Very pleased with the purchase. Excellent price. Very easy to physically mount. Setup of streaming service and premium channels was a snap. And delivers an excellent picture. If I replacing any other TVs in the house, I'd definitely look at a TCL.

This is my 2nd TCL television and it is in the master bedroom. This purchase was a direct result of my experience with the 1st one. It has a beautiful picture and I enjoyed the ease of install and use. Great price point, too! It’s perfect for me!

Great for the value, there are only a few issues I have with this TV. The HDR is unimpressive, but I knew that going into this based on professional reviews. That wasn't a dealbreaker for me, as I have a recent OLED in our "home theater." If you're looking for the very best visual quality and HDR, you may want to move up a step in this brand (or another's) lineup. Brightness in general seems a bit lacking. We have this TV in a bright room, and it can struggle to compete at times. I will say it produces colors far more accurately and seems more "clear" than the outgoing TV (which had died). Setup was easy, and I have no complaints. Sound is pretty bad from the built-in speakers, but that's nothing new, and we use a soundbar with it. For the price, I'm glad we went with this set. It does everything we need it to do.

After buying the Roku device about 5 years ago, and finding it really easy to use, when it came time to buy a new tv choosing a Roku for our was a no brainer. I had previously bought a smart TV without Roku, but setting this up was much easier. We were amazed. The low price and high quality convinced us to buy another larger one for our basement, too. Since then, I have bought one for my mother and one for my in-laws. I helped them set it up, and now they think I am a technical wizard. Ha! My only complaint is that I wish it came with an antenna so I wouldn’t have to buy a separate one in order to get free local stations. Also, please sell more 19” to 24” inch Roku TVs. These TVs are so light and portable, that I’m think of putting one in my kitchen too. I couldn’t have survived Covid without my Rokus!

I purchased this tv for my kids after their TV went out. Great price, easy to set up and work! Highly recommend! I have all Rokus in my home except for 1 tv.

Best Buy purchase and delivery experience great compared to others. Excellent economical smart tv. Great 4K upscaling. Great OTA tuner. Brilliant remote design controls my 7.2 network receiver and its inputs by touch alone. Viewing experience huge over previous competitor’s 48” 1080P. Simply great home theater bargain if properly set up. I don’t recommend for bright rooms or far off-axis viewers as these appear to be its biggest weaknesses. Requires 2 person install due (I did tabletop install alone but don’t recommend.).

Great tv, amazing value. I'm not a big fan of smart TVs, but this one is changing my mind. It does everything I can think of, the apple app works pretty well (Not quite as good as the actual machine), and the simple remote is fairly easy to navigate. I'm using a TCL soundbar (which I also highly recommend) so the sound is better than the rating below, but the TV audio is just average like any other TV. A good soundbar will really compliment this TV, making a super home theater experience for a very reasonable price.

Very happy with the TV. I was assisting my 91 yr old mother in replacing her rental apt TV. I had to go ask/beg for help in Best Buy in Manahawkin NJ with question on RESA mount installation compatibility. The TV was easy to install on pedestal mount and set-up for operation. Picture quality is great and ROKU streaming was SO easy set-up. Highly recommend TCL brand for quality.

These are excellent TVs. I would totally recommend them if you are looking for a cheaper tv with a good picture.

The quality is amazing, it fits perfectly in our small room without feeling too big. The only issue is that you can’t block the censor at the bottom of the tv and there doesn’t seem to be a manual power on and off button.

Good value for the money. It doesn’t have the depth of black or the viewing angle that an old plasma or a new OLED have, and in most cases that is not a big deal really. The Roku system works really well. 4K is great when using it as a large computer monitor. And having the option for WiFi or wired Internet is nice. Having extra casing around the screen makes it much easier to handle and install then the super thin OLED screens without adding any significant overall depth.

A great quality TV for the price. No issues with picture quality or setup. It had everything I expected from a smart TV with specific Apps, added bonuses I didn’t expect were the ability to mirror my iPhone and a large quantity of fresh TV channels. I highly recommend this TV.

I bought this for my 19 foot RV camper and its perfect size. It works great with my phone hot spot. Perfect for my need.

We bought this TV after the one in our bedroom went out and we decided we wanted a larger TV in our living room. It was super easy to set up from our existing Roku account. We love the quality of both the picture and sound from it. It also set up our DVD player very easily and well. It’s great to just have to keep up with one remote in our living room now instead of several

This is the second TCL TV I've purchased, both 55". For the price of the TV, the picture quality is very good. Great for bedrooms. I like the way Roku works way better than the Amazon fire stick, so this Roku TV works out well. I purchased Geek Squad protection just as added security because the cost was so minimal. If you want a decent TV at a fair price, I would recommend this one.
