    TV shows great picture, and sound is good. The remote sucks, there’s no pause, play, rewind or stop on remote. In order to stream a movie, you better have everything you need b4 movies starts. Since you can’t pause or stop it.

    Bought this tv on sale after my friend bought 2. Got it for $250 and I must say it was well worth the price. Even though it is only a 60HZ it has a great picture and has pre-set settings to adjust the image if you want to. I do have a few complaints though...the speakers aren't great and the remote is small and is a bit of a pain to use. Also not all of the apps work, like Disney+. Even after updating the app it is still not compatible with Android. Other than that it's a great value and I would buy another one.

    I got this TV in hopes of finding something comparable to my 5 year old Samsung tv. The reviews seemed positive and the specs where on par, boy how I regretted purchasing this peace of trash. After messing with the settings for over an hour I could not find decent picture. All of the white in any image was spread out making it look almost like 780p. I got this shipped too my house wall mounted and gave it my best shot. In the end I returned it and got the Samsung TV I should have got in the first place for just $100 more. Don’t buy this TV. 2 stars since it turned on.

    Day 1, It's an incredible TV for the price. Not my first TCL and they've never disappointed me. Super easy to set up (if you have gmail). HOWEVER, this is my first Android TV and the remote for this TV is AWFUL. There's no mute button or pause/play etc buttons, and on certain apps/streaming services its painfully slow to respond, which again you must manually navigate to pause. Consider the Roku version. My partner has a TCL Roku TV and the remote is just as simple but with the features you actually need. Even if you use something else to stream and don't need the smart TV functions on the remote, being able to mute when an ad plays or someone's talking to you shouldn't be taken for granted (apparently).

    I really wanted to like this to. It’s huge! It’s the biggest tv my husband or I ever owned. The men who delivered it were professional and wonderful! The tv itself looks great however it is extremely slow. I turned it on today and it took 3 minutes to turn on. I thought it was broke. At first and was turning it on and off. Finally I waited and it took 3 minutes to turn on. It’s lags sometimes on apps. Maybe the wifi I don’t know. If you want something that’s big and looks good get this. It will be a little slow and the picture is ok for the price. I took stars off because of those reasons AND the price went down by $80 after Black Friday which is when I bought it...not the Best Buy as Best Buy claims. I ended up $280 for a tv worth $199. Not very impressed with these scammy tactics.

    In less than a month after purchase, the TV screen started having issues. A blue line was visible across the screen. I've tried turning it on and off, and I even unplugged the TV, yet the blue line shows up.

    I am so frustrated with this TV. OMG it keep getting freeze every 30mins while watching on any streaming app. And the only way to fix is to unplug and plug in again. Imagine you have to get up every 30min to do it. And ofcourse it takes a while to restart too. Imagine in middle of your sports program or a interesting movie. Tried reaching out to TCL and tried everything nothing worked. I will be returning this product now with all the hassle of repacking this big thing. Very much disappointed.

    Bought 4 TVs for my restaurant and two of the them the screen has vertical and horizontal lines. The third one will not connect to wifi no matter what I tried. Googled the wifi issue and it appears to be a common problem with these sets with no solution. I haven't even turned on the 4th set since I am having electrician running power to it. Even worse is Best Buy won't stand behind this garbage because it was move than 15 days from purchase when I reported the problem so they told me to go through TCL. Well they were even worse as they claimed it was a cracked panel and isn't covered under warranty. The screen itself is not cracked...sent them pictures but they refuse to replace it. Don't buy this piece of garbage and if you do be sure to buy the best buy extended warranty. Also the purchase doesn't show up in my account so I can't even get the reward points. Smh.

    Videos are not displaying once the video is played in any apps. Also google voice is hanging when the command is given in the remote

    I am two weeks in to this tv. Loved it until for a full day now (12/2-12/3), the home screen with all the apps won’t load. Only Netflix and YouTube buttons work. May be taking it back.
