The only good thing about this TV is the picture clarity is the best I have had so far. The TV constantly becomes un-synced from my surround sound and gets stuck and needs to be reset multiple times before it syncs up with the surround sound again, and once you reset it the TV is extremely slower than my 6-year-old laptop to start back up, and even after resetting the tv and waiting for it to start up the tv and surround sound working together usually never works the first time you reset the tv, it's not uncommon for it to take 35 minutes or more to get the 2 components to work together. To make matters worse even if you just use the built in tv speakers for audio using the remote to adjust the volume is almost impossible. I also do not like that the only way to use any feature even to watch a DVD you have to sign into your Google account. Also, there is only one connection for devices that use RCAs for example, I cannot connect my Wii and/or my DVD player and or my Nintendo NES Mini at the same time, I have to unplug one to use another, Regardless of if

After a few months of having the tv it’s now unusable. Based on what I am watching, light colors will have random black spots.

Oh WOW!! Great TV.. OK I am not a really technical person so I cant tell you about the HD or frame rate ect, but I can tell you it seems like a dang really good picture. No lagging that I can see. VERY clear. Sound is good, not exceptional but it absolutely just fine! This TV was not too heavy and was easy for this 71 year old lady to set up all by myself. Had it up and running in no time.. OLD smaller tv was much heavier I promise!! All in all I am thrilled with the GOOGLE heart of the TV, I have only Google in my home, so it was the perfect fit. Do I suggest this TV? SURE!! It was easily affordable for a nice large tv.

The price was wonderful, the color was beautiful many channels. The picture was extraordinarily clear and so was the sound. I would recommend it to others to purchase.

Had this TV since January 2022. Picture is crisp and clear for the brand. I’m satisfied for a budget friendly 4k TV. I gave it a 4 star because the interface and application does lag a little even after a full shutdown, reset, and checking for updates. Overall, I’m satisfied with the picture quality. The sound is great also. Loud and clear with depth for internal speakers.

I was a little hesitant to purchase a Google TV but am so happy we did! The clarity of both the picture and sound are amazing! I may be replacing my other TV sooner than I thought!

Has a nice picture but I prefer Roku over google. The google menus are harder to navigate than my Roku one. This tv doesn’t have airplay either which we use a lot with the Roku one. It is very light and made hanging it simple by myself. Love the brand tcl but if I had to do it over would have bought another one that had Roku.

For the price, it's a perfectly decent TV. It's not going to win any awards, but the picture is decent, the speakers put out a respectable level of volume, and you've got Google TV built in. I bought it to use as a cheap garage TV, and it's doing its duty well. If you're not worried about getting the absolute best refresh rate or black levels, it's a bargain.

I purchased the TCL 55" Class 4-Series LED 4K UHD Smart Google TV, and I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The picture quality is outstanding, and the Google TV interface is easy to navigate. This TV has a good picture thats bright enough for our living room. The remote is a little unintuitive/barebones but other wise easy to use. The internal apps/OS speed etc is pretty great, though I was used to a 2015 smart TV that absolutely crawled. For diving i to 4k I think I got a great deal and would recommend the TV.

Love this TV! I set it up in my room and with it being 55 in it makes it the pefect size to watch movies and shows, and it’s really easy to set up also since it has google TV already in it its si easy to navigate bwteeen different apps. Recommend to anyone thats having a hard time choosing a TV. I’ll save you your time, just choose this onee!

It took some getting use to the 4k picture. The depth is amazing! It almost looks 3D. The colors are lifelike. I am pleased and happy I chose this TV.

Excellent TV with affordable price easy to set up.

My first TCL TV. Picture quality is great. The interface is nice but a little clunky to navigate if you are used to a higher end Samsung Qled. It’s not snappy but if you get past that the interface is real nice and easy to jump into apps and live tv. I would buy another one

Very good image. good speakers and awesome price. Its the fourth TCL TV I bought and the quality if good. Has excellent wireless capacity. I have it connected to my wireless internet.

Me and my son definitely enjoy this one! Game quality for this is just what he needed. There’s never any lag, there are so many features and it looks great in my living room. Very easy to use!

Great picture and easy to use! This tv is in our basement so it’s the perfect tv for when we have company over!

Overall, good TV. Picture quality is great, sound is decent. My only real complaint is I thought it was a no-brainer getting a Google TV since we already had Google devices (Google phones and Google nest.) It doesn't always work with assistant though which is a little annoying. If the TV is off you can't use your phone or the nest to turn it on, but once the TV is on you can control it via phone or nest. I'm not sure what the issue is but nevertheless, the TV has been great so far.

I’m glad I went with this t.v. The picture and audio are amazing. I also love that it is light and I can carry it by myself. The 2 year warranty was also at a reasonable rate which was great.
