Purchased this tv on black friday the first tv was a bit damaged but bestbuy employees were really helpful in the return process. Once i got the new tv everything works great nice picture great sound for the price.

So far (2 weeks in) this TV is great. Was a low cost, 55" TV -- but picture is sharp, it's extremely light, and was easy to set-up (5 minutes?) Feet are stable as we have it standing on an entertainment unit (have seen some others that I'm worried will topple over). Sound has to get cranked, but that's the same with all these tv's with speakers pointed backwards. I was looking for a larger (replacing a 43") TV that was inexpensive. Very satisfied.

This is a great TV. I bought four of these TV's to make my video wall and they are great! They have great color and graphics. The smart TV apps work as expected and you have all the control to add and remove new and old apps. my only issue is that the controller moves a little slow at time as if it needs a few seconds to think. The sound is good would be better with a sound system or sound bar. Overall great TV for the price.

This TV is an excellent purchase option. It offers a sharp image, with intense colors and good level of brightness, which allows you to enjoy movies, series and sports broadcasts with high quality. Its sound is clear and balanced, without distortions, and provides an immersive experience without the need for additional equipment. In addition, its system is fast, stable and easy to use, with direct access to entertainment applications and smart tools. As for the design, it is modern, thin and elegant, ideal for any room or room. Energy consumption is low, which helps reduce monthly expenses. I love this TV. It has a vibrant picture. The interface is easy to use, and there are many apps to easily add. It is relatively lightweight compared to the TV I replaced, and I was able to easily lift it out of the well-packed box which kept it secure in transit. I have zero complaints and at this price point, I am very very satisfied with this TV.

So far so good. Easy start up. I've used a firestick for my tvs/streaming. Love that I don't need the actual firestick anymore and the home screen is what I'm used to already. Deducted 1 star for the volume. I feel like it isn't loud enough. I have the volume at 20 something to be able to hear. And this is at night time when everyone's asleep. But other than that, it's a good tv especially for the price.

As everyone else states, the remote is not very good as fare as design and feel. It seems like if you breath on it, it will change the app you are using. Very touchy. The processor is slow especially after doing all the updates and downloads. Let mine finish everything, there is a menu to watch the progress, I restarted it and it ran fine. Does take some time to load here and there. When it got "cluttered" I restarted the tv from the menu and it started loading fine again. Great gaming tv. Wasn't as impressed with the built in speakers like some reviewers but it does throw the sound around the room. I would recommend this unit to someone who doesn't mind a slower system.

Picture is great, it is really light for such a big tv. It was really easy to set up.

The price for this TV is great. I don't have many complaints to make other than the apps are slow to respond when changing between them or utilizing cable after being logged into a streaming app. It can sometimes take 10-15 seconds at best and sometimes 20-30 seconds at the longest to switch completely. All things considered I would purchase it again if needed.

I got this TV for Christmas 2024. The Fire TV OS takes some getting used to coming from a Google TV OS. That said, once ya figure it out, it is very solid and has any App you could want. Pro tip - when you're pairing your cable remote, do not search for TCL codes. Instead search the TV for Amazon Fire TV codes. It drove me crazy until I figured this out. Also if you have an iPhone it is very easy to mirror your phone with AirPlay, but with Andrioid make sure your phone model can use Miracast. Those 2 things I had to learn and it took a few hours or research so I hope to help others out by reading this. The Live TV channels are plenty and good. The picture is very good. I like the Dynamic setting best of the presets. The sound is just above average. I mean no TV has great sound as that is why Soundbars with Subwoofers are popular or Surround Sound. Overall I give it 5 stars. It's a very solid TV and was under $200 when I bought around Black Friday. If you're on a Budget and want a 55in Smart TV, you cannot go wrong with this one.

It comes in really secure packaging. Nice, sleek design, with vivid color. Easy to navigate. Also, the remote is user friendly. I don't regret this purchase one bit!!!! I went on the app, while in Best Buy parking lot (I was eyeing it up for about a week), purchased it, and an associate was loading in my truck, about 20 minutes later!!!
