I got this tv during a 4th of July Summer sale and it's been doing a pretty good job of being a tv. I'm no expert on picture quality or anything but for $200 I'm happy with it. My only complaint is that the remote doesn't always seem to work the first time, sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to turn on/off, change volume, etc.

Bought tv last yr during black friday and tv is solid. Very happy, worried wasn't a top name brand, but those fears are no more. Highly recommend for its great value and overall quality tv.

very happy with this purchase. TV was quick and responsive. The remote also had a voice function which I utilized almost every time I use the TV. The quality of the picture was incredible. I’ve had a couple TVs in my day once with my father best and honestly, the price was pretty good too. I liked how thin it was very modern look Overall, I would totally purchase the next generation of TCL’s if I do need a TV

Good picture quality and sound... for the price point. My biggest issue is you can't adjust the backlight intensity on the other inputs, I use HDMI. You're able to when using the tv's native interface. So its way too bright at night. You can adjust the "brightness" setting, but all that does is make the image harder to see. Wish they'd update the firmware and allow it.

This is a superb TV, delivering more than you would expect for such a low price. The picture is perfect after about 5 minutes of tweaking. I won't comment on the sound because I always use earbuds. If you want an excellent TV at a very consumer-friendly price, get this one.

Bought this as a gift for our son. As I was viewing the TV I was indeed amazed at the easy peasy setup, and the images were stunning. The included apps are very common, popular and very user friendly. But most of all, the price was indeed the selling point.

Excellent TV for the price due to an awesome sale price. Bought for sister who had a very old tv so this was a nice improvement. Surprisingly very good quality and ease of setup. Can NOT complain at all.... now will have to see how long it lasts.

I had an LG TV that I had for 6 years started acting up on me, so I was watching good deals on TV's for a while. Although it was a smart TV, it wouldn't connect to WiFi no matter what I did. In addition, it started to reboot out of nowhere in warm days. The longer it was on, the more it would shut down and turn back on. Try to watch Celtics' playoff games like that :). This TCL was a doorbuster special, and it was such a great deal that I didn't want to miss. It being a FireTV made it more appealing with my Amazon Prime subscription. It was very easy to put the legs (for the TV stand). Connecting to WiFi was effortless. Then I signed in for Prime and YouTube in almost no time. Picture quality is good. I use it with a soundbar. With my current BestBuy subscription I also have extended warranty. I don't you can go wrong with this TV.

I can’t believe how cheap this television was on Black Friday. Color quality is insanely good, visuals are crisp and the sound quality is also superb. I was looking for a good smart tv to replace my old one, and I could not be happier with this purchase. The tv does require you to have an Amazon account to login, but making one is very easy if for some reason you don’t already have one. I would recommend this tv to anyone who wants a great deal on a mid-sized smart tv.

I bought this TV to replace an older one that was working fine other than having issues connecting to our wireless. They're both 4K but the picture on this new one is definitely better than the old TV. They are both budget TVs. Is it as good as an OLED? Of course not. But for the price, it's a decent product. No complaints from me.

This is a great TV with a great picture as long as you use an External 4k fire tv stick. The picture is horrible with the built in fire TV OS software and gives you no ability to make any adjustments to the video resolution, sharpness, contrast etc. None of those settings are able to be used when you use the TV as it comes out of the BOX. If you plugin in an external 4k stick all of a sudden all the of adjustments options work and with a few tweaks you get an amazing picture with no soap opera effect, and weird artifacts on older content. Its like you have a new TV that is awesome.

I Love this TV. I couldn't believe I could get a 55* for $220. Tthat works so well. The picture and sound are wonderful The salesman could tell exactly what I was looking for. Everything he set up for me went smoothly. Delivered exactly when he said. When the delivery guys came I asked them if they could put the legs on for me and lift it to where it beĺonged. They were so nice and real gentleman so I gave them a tip with a bottle of water to go. What a pleasure doing business with Bestbuy!

I bought this for basic TV viewing knowing that it was not top of the line technology but for me it is very satisfactory. I was already familiar with Fire Tv and found it easy to move between Smart Tv and other inputs. Sound and picture are very good as well as quality/durability.

Stunning,jaw droppingly sharp,vibrant crystal clear picture with great sound! Like an expensive ihger end tv,but for practically nothing! Games are incredible to play on it with no lag,just buttery smooth play. 4k is amazing, see no difference from this tv and other expensive ones.The tv's so bright the picture dissappears lol, its incredible!If youre looking for an excellent tv that costs so little,get this!You wont be dissapointed that you didnt get an oled or qled,the colors are amazing without it,you'll think you already have one!

Really Glad i Made this Purchase . No complaints in my home, even My dogs love the tv for how clear the screen is i just leave it on for them on youtube so , they can watch nature videos or bluey but what i really enjoy is the game features & all the tv streaming options it has . It was generally really easy to set up as well . Definitely would recommend to a friend .

Good picture good quality tv for cheap price. Worth the money. if you connect over the air antena, after you scan for channels, turn off, unplug, and plug the TV back on for it to work.

I was a little hesitant to buy this 55 " tv because the saleperson trrided to trade me up to a more expensive model, telling me this tv was just made for Christmas sale. I bought it anyway and am thankful I did. The picture is bright and crystal clear and the sound is cxellent. I'm thankfull I purchased the set b/c I had faith that Best Buy would only sell qualify products Thanks Best Buy!
